Excellent employees.they are always friendly, smiling, and most importantly, they will help you figure out any situation without any complaints or the words "that's not their job.".they will always tell you where to turn.

It's a disgusting one-window job. They close the ticket issue an hour and a half before closing with justifications such as "we won't make it". Female employees are rude to your face, showing disrespect, shutting in front of your nose without explaining the reasons. You sit for two hours, and the queue shifts by two people.

One window only works!!!! The queue is not moving at all, the service is very slow! The horror! The queue of 8 people sat for 1.5 hours!!!!
