I often visited this institution and was always pleased with the quality of service among the staff. It's a pity, today I want to leave an unfavorable review around 18:40-18:50, a family (5 people) entered an institution where there were free tables, the hostess girl refused us the opportunity to sit down at the table, because there are five of us, and there is only one table in the institution that we can sit at, including he's busy (the table we wanted to occupy is designed for 4 people: a sofa and two chairs). We asked to call the administrator, she informed us once again that we would not be seated and this is the internal policy of the institution, which cannot be found anywhere before visiting the institution, when we said that we would not mind making room, being extremely surprised by the situation, we were told that it would be inconvenient to put plates and it would be hard for the waiter to work, I am infinitely glad that you treat your staff so carefully and I even admire this attitude towards the staff, but I assure you it was not your intention to cause them any discomfort, just a good tip and a large order. I also want to note that by the end of the conversation, the administrator was rude and not with words, but with intonation and her whole appearance showed her irritation.

from the moment of booking by phone, until the last minute of visiting this institution, everything was fine! The staff are professionals in their field, service, attentiveness, friendliness - everything is at a high level. All the dishes that we ordered were very well cooked, it was just mega-delicious for us. There is a children's room on the ground floor, and overall a more family-friendly environment. And on the second floor there is live music - it will be good for those who plan to have fun, and not to talk calmly. The administrator clarified at the time of booking what kind of composition we would be, whether children would be with us and told us where it would be more comfortable - for which I thank her very much

Once we found this place in Grodno for ourselves. We visited him every time we arrived. We were delighted. Walking through the shopping center in Minsk, we came across Odessa mom. Naturally, I wanted to come in and have a delicious meal, just like I used to in another city. Honestly? We were surprised. But in a negative way.
To begin with, the table was dirty.
There were a lot of crumbs.
Serving dishes is a complete disaster here. All the plates were served dirty. In terms of not cleanliness, but stained in our food. The soup was spilled by two people (if I have it slightly, then my young man, the napkin that was under the plate was completely with soup), with pasta similarly, smeared all over the plate. Napoleon was missing a small piece. It was unpleasant to eat.
Regarding the food: the soup was delicious, but slightly over-salted. There is no pasta at all. Cold, tasteless, little sauce. We didn't finish it. Napoleon is fine, but it was a shame for the lack of a piece.
Considering that there is something to compare it with, it is very sad and very annoying.
I will give my preference to a new location in Minsk or Grodno.

The seats were empty and later I realized why... The wait for hot food was a little longer than was stated by the waiter. Although he tried very hard to make up for the delays on the part of the kitchen, that "the pork was supposedly ready, but when it was cut, it turned out that it was not ready and it needed to be presented." But...When our order finally arrived, we were completely disappointed. The eggplant and pork were over-salted and floated in a lot of oil. The mashed potatoes were cold, although the beef stroganoff on this mashed potatoes was hot. Of course, I'm not fussy and prefer regular dishes in restaurants and cafes, but this detail just finished off my perception of this cafe.
Guys, change the chefs in the kitchen. They don't even try to maintain the image of the institution. Not only is it slow and tasteless, but also cold dishes.
Kitchen- 1 star, waiter-3. Although he tried to brighten up our negative impressions, we didn't even want a bonus in the form of dessert. I'm so sorry!

A great cafe with excellent cuisine. We were on a day off from 15-30 to 16-30, went to a table without waiting in line. The service is high-quality, the staff is intelligent. We ordered a Jewish salad with eggplant, thin and slices of chicken breast, a real southern red borscht with beans, for hot - flounder with a skewer of baked potatoes (you can't eat two flounders on a board) and Odessa mini cutlets (such mini - enough for two), chicken, cooked according to the Kiev type. For dessert - Napoleon cake from Aunt Sarah and herbal tea with ginger. They also took a portion of three chebureks with them as on Delivery. Everything is delicious, cooked at home.

A great restaurant on the food court of the shopping center!
It was more usual to go to the neighboring Cornflowers, but there is often a queue and finally we went to this blessed institution. I was immediately impressed by the friendliness and reaction of the staff. The waiters are well-versed in the menu and helped to make a lunch plan for two to try different and delicious things. I was even more impressed by the speed of delivery, probably faster than the waiters, only residents of Odessa want to return to Russia. The quality of the dishes and the reasonable price also left a very favorable impression. The menu is wide enough to have a snack at lunch and invite the company to a South Russian feast. I recently visited the Odessa-Mama restaurant in the Dana Mall shopping center and would like to share my impression. The interior of the restaurant is made in a classic style, with elements of Ukrainian flavor. The menu offers dishes of Ukrainian cuisine. The waiters are polite and professional, the service is at the highest level.
Overall, the restaurant left a pleasant impression, and I would love to go back there again! :)

Very tasty food and, most importantly, fast cooking!! Borscht and pasta were given away in 15 minutes, we had been standing in cornflowers before, we decided to come here and did not lose! We came with our daughter from Moscow to Minsk for a few days. And it so happened that in Moscow, my mother was in Odessa in Moscow the same week, and I really liked it. We ordered a cold brew, dumplings with potatoes, lard, forshmak and smelt.
The refrigerator is edible, but not tasty. The lard was just on the board without bread (only lard and a bowl of mustard)
The dumplings are not tasty, the smelt is edible but not salty. The foreshmak was brought last. It looked like a puddle of something nasty. Liquid and filled with mayonnaise or don't understand what. It was sprinkled with limp, dried green onions. Two pieces of black bread, absolutely stale, lay on the rigging nearby. One is triangular, the other is rectangular.... It tastes absolutely disgusting…
The same dish in Moscow looked completely different and was delicious.
It is a pity that from a wonderful atmospheric cafe with delicious homemade food in the Moscow version, we ended up in a terrible place where the food was not edible(((
Please change the cook, do something. It is sad to see how a promising cafe chain is falling apart. I wish you, in the pursuit of scaling, to be able to maintain quality and gain the trust of the guests.

We were at the children's center, stayed late and decided to have lunch, but they told us to wait a long time in Cornflowers, we went to neighboring Odessa. The waiter Alexander was courteous, polite and attentive to our order. I liked the presence of a children's menu, because we had a 3-year-old child. How deceptive is the first impression about this particular establishment in Dana mall.

We had lunch today (10/20/2024) at this place. We took chicken broth (in the end we had to give it up, because the broth was not at all chicken, but obviously a broth cube), a trio of chebureks (the dough is not cheburech, absolutely incomprehensible), dumplings with broth (the same broth from a broth cube, very salty, and the dough of dumplings is strongly boiled), dumplings with potatoes and mushrooms with green sauce (also very salty and overcooked). Thanks to the receptionist girl for getting into the situation and canceling at least the soup. The waiter Artyom himself asked our opinion and then tried to convince us that we, they say, eat everything without salt, apparently, and everyone likes the place. He also suggested that we talk to the chef so that we could tell him how to cook properly, since we don't like it. I have not encountered such rudeness yet, and even in a popular shopping center.
The first time we decided to come to the institution, we will not experiment like this anymore.

For the first time, I was with a colleague. We made an order from the lunch menu. They carried food for a very long time. We decided to try it a second time. And again we were unlucky. I ordered only a cold brew and a salad from the lunch menu. The refrigerator was carried for 20 minutes, and the unfortunate salad, consisting of 3 pieces of chicken, two slices of tomato, and 4 lettuce leaves, was carried for 40 minutes, while the institution was not filled. There were no warnings from the waiter about the time of serving the dishes. This is the first time I have come across a situation where the lunch menu is carried for so long. I admit that such a "no" service will not be available at all network addresses, but I do not have the desire to try to visit for the third time. I was in a cafe at lunch, took a lunch set (salad or soup + the second goes for a ruble or two cheaper). The waiting time was stated to be about half an hour, but the dishes were brought much faster. Lunch was packed, but there were always a couple of tables available.
According to the lunch menu, it was sooo delicious. Caesar salad is amazing, mashed potatoes with chicken fillet are also very tasty. Simple homemade food, but with a beautiful presentation and excellent taste!

The place has a high workload, but at the same time there are free tables that I do not clean for 15 minutes. It is very important that the guests who come do not take up space and thus reduce the burden on the staff. But is this the way out?
There were 3-4 waiters in the hall, who clearly did not run like squirrels in a wheel, but calmly moved around the hall, pretending that they were doing something. We waited 15 minutes for someone to come to us to take the order. Did they come up to us? No, of course not! We raised our hand, waved, and the waiters pointedly lowered their eyes, pretending not to notice anything. If you think that this is unnoticeable, then you are deeply mistaken.
Disdainful attitude towards the guests. Dirty tablecloths, crumbs under them, dirty sofas, food lying on the floor. It's disgusting! In 2024, it is a shame to provide services at this level!
