Everything is fine! I rented Lamba Hurakan. The process of ordering the car went through the Voc. The manager responded quickly and in detail. A huge plus is that you can make a reservation by transfer to a card (this is important and convenient for Russia). The car is in excellent condition, everything is clean and beautiful. The only thing that can be improved is the navigation to the office. The manager threw the location at the sink, and the office itself is nearby, it's not difficult to figure it out, but it's not very convenient - it would be a couple of photos of where to go, it would be great.
Well, a little bit about the car itself: it's worth it - Lamba is just something, these emotions (the sound of the engine, acceleration, landing behind the wheel, and just her appearance and the attention of others), it's worth it!

We rented a Kia karnival for two families for 5 days. There are no complaints about the car - clean interior, water in the car. There are questions for the company)))
Of the advantages, Russian-speaking support, everything is clear, all questions are answered in Whatsapp, a large selection of cars and clear, transparent rental conditions.
Of the cons (I'll tell you our story- it might come in handy, but I won't lower my rating) We were in the UAE for the first time, we arrived with international rights and were not aware that we had to take Russian ones with us (we had no such experience, we were not warned here, but there are no complaints here - it's our own fault. It was lucky that the second driver had all the documents, they redid all the documents for the car right in the airport parking lot). It was also agreed in advance that there would be two car seats for our 2-year-old children. This was very important to us. But unfortunately there were no seats in the car, apparently they forgot to put them in. Instead of going straight to the hotel to relax, we had to go to the office on our own to get chairs. And lose about 2 hours of extra time.
The staff then made a small discount (by the way, which they forgot to tell the person who took the car from us).
In general, everything ended well, but the "sediment" remained.
I wish the staff to be a little more attentive, and travelers to check and remind the necessary nuances.

And first of all, I would like to note the high service of the company - the speed of acceptance and delivery, the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. Work and qualifications are excellent! WhatsApp provides high-quality support and registration in Russian, support and notifications down to the smallest detail. However, the Russian-speaking employee was on site at the office only when handing over the second car. But in this case, the translator in the phone helps out.
The only wish is to make a contract in Russian for guests from Russian-speaking countries.
