The overall impression of me and the guests (11 people) remained good: delicious food and its assortment, entourage, dancing till you drop))) Everything would be fine if it weren't for one thing: At the beginning of the evening, the guests were warned about the number and assortment of dishes that were to be served at the table, because they wanted everyone to be able to taste all the dishes. After the celebration, the next day, an exchange of views took place and the guests noticed that one of the previously announced dishes was not served. When contacting the administration of the "Hearth" by phone and explaining the situation, assurances were received that they would sort everything out. After a while, the waiter of the “Hearth” called me back and stated in an ultimatum form that all the dishes were served and he was not going to pay anything. When asked why this behavior, the answer was given that the waiter received an ultimatum from the administration – either he deals with the client himself, or the money for the missing dish will be withheld from him. I explained that I had no desire to sort things out with him personally, so after this call, I called the administrator of the "Hearth" and said that it was wrong to translate the "debriefing" to the client and that the solution of this issue should be solved inside the restaurant. Also, after a long dialogue, the administrator came to the opinion that the waiter made a mistake and let this "loshara" (the words of the representative of the administration) pay for everything. I said that in this case I feel sorry for the young man and I am ready to accept another type of compensation – either a discount from the “Hearth”, or I will listen to their suggestions. I was answered to this request that the restaurant “Hearth” does not deal with this, but they will once again bring this problem up for discussion and will report on the solution later. More than a week has passed and nothing is heard from the “Hearth” anymore. I'm not going to call myself anymore, but my opinion is that this behavior is unworthy of a respectable institution.

The salads are fresh and delicious. The portions are good. The barbecue was wonderful! Among the disadvantages: a large room requires expenses. The VIP cabin has good air conditioning, but there is an extraneous smell. The door is cracked.

Once upon a time, one gazebo turned into a country club! Great atmosphere, delicious food, diligent staff, good music, lots of space - plenty of room! Fenced area, gazebos, Parking.
Shortcomings: 1. the check-in from the orona of Minsk is not organized, you have to spin, the turn after one and a half kilometers is small. 2. The administrators are great, but there are some among them... one is not very sensible). 3. Fruits are unripe.

They decided to celebrate her husband's birthday in a cafe and accordingly began searching. The Hearth Cafe was looked after a long time ago, so a month before the event, we went to see and place an order.
We liked the cafe very much, it was atmospheric, very cozy. In short, we decided that our holiday should be here!
But our fighting spirit was greatly overshadowed by communication with the administrator. We were completely satisfied with the conditions, that was not the problem. The administrator communicated with us in such a tone, as if we were her serfs and had come to ask the Lady for permission to look at the celebration from around the corner. We came out with an unpleasant feeling that the customers were somehow not very welcome there. After sitting in the car and thinking a little, we decided to go look for another place where we would be welcome and not overshadow our holiday. You never know, this is the policy of this institution and the waiters will also dislike us.

One of my favorite places. Delicious food, efficient and diligent waiters. The music is cheerful on the dance floor, unobtrusive in the houses, and does not interfere with communication in the company. I really liked it. We have been driving past the Hearth to the cottage for many years, but only the other day we visited it for the first time on a friend's anniversary. Our tables were located in a separate room, leaving which you immediately get to the dance floor (you only need to go down the stairs). Thus, the music from the dance floor did not interfere with our communication, and when we wanted to go out dancing.
I liked the food and snacks, a lot was cooked on the grill (not counting the barbecue, also very tasty mackerel and vegetables). You can order a song for 20 rubles. There was also a show program, a gymnast girl performed, very beautifully. Well, the Hearth only works until 2 o'clock, at first it seemed that we did not have enough time to walk, but in the end, from 7 pm to 2 am, there was plenty of time, we ate, got drunk, and danced 😂

Plus, there was a feeling that there were not enough waiters for such a large establishment, because there might simply be no one in the hall for 10-15 minutes.

A friend ordered pancakes with salmon, I ordered a pork neck kebab, a mushroom kebab with suluguni. We accepted the order and served it in 8-10 minutes. I.e., the food was not freshly cooked, but warmed up, the kebab was not from the neck, but 2 hard pieces of another part. Very expensive. The mood is spoiled, money is wasted. No wonder on Sunday, at 16.00 there was no one but us!
