I want to leave a review about the hostel, and unfortunately it is negative. The promised repairs have not been done here — the bathroom and toilet have not been repaired for a very long time, the condition of these rooms leaves much to be desired. It is especially unpleasant to live on the second floor, which is just full of cockroaches and bedbugs — this is a serious problem that cannot be solved in any way. Caregivers leave an extremely negative impression: they create additional discomfort with their behavior. The kitchens are in constant disarray, although this is, of course, more of a complaint to the students themselves, but the administration could somehow control the situation. I was pleased with only one thing — they installed microwaves, it's really convenient. But in winter it is very cold in the hostel, the heating is obviously insufficient. Another problem is that there are not enough keys to the blocks for all residents, which creates inconvenience. In general, the living conditions are far from comfortable, and I hope that the administration will pay attention to these problems and begin to solve them.

There are not enough room keys. They say to go make your own money. Why should I do this if the hostel itself is obliged to provide it. If there are no keys, then these are not my problems, but yours, solve this issue, otherwise you have to stand under the door and wait for the janitor to open the room.
