+The rooms are warm. +cheap price. + many balconies - one toilet for 4 rooms - the road is under the windows, people like to drive and show off on cars and motorcycles. - the service is a little lame, but for such money it is acceptable

For 42 rubles - very good! There is a kitchen, a refrigerator. A balcony for a smoke break. In the center of the town!
