The bar is located in the center of Orsha in the hotel building. Good filling with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages of imported and Belarusian production. A decent menu of dishes: rolls, pizza, pasta, hot and cold appetizers, salads.
High-quality hookah.

We were here from May 9th to May 10th. We work as waiters ourselves and always treat the staff with respect, but the service is just terrible. It's impossible to say that the workload was heavy. We booked a table in advance, and when we arrived, it had some kind of wet spot. The waiters were not happy to see the guests as much as possible, although their friends approached the next table with a smile at all 32, as we understood it. We waited a very long time for the waiter when we were called through the button. Two times the same waiter girl (dark hair, pouty lips) forgot about our beer. Napkins and dirty dishes were taken away only if we asked for them and handed them to them.
The waiter's absolute ignorance of the menu, although the institution is above average, is the main point of admission to waiters. The hookah is not bad, but it was better the previous time. The food is also good, but we didn't see any shrimp in the rolls. The place is very cold. The administration's advice is to recruit qualified staff.

I can't say anything good.The place is dark, the lights are almost out, and it's hard to see the menu. The company of 4 people was given 2 menus with different prices. The place itself is cold, and there was a cannon at the entrance to heat the room (which did nothing to help). The staff does not know how to communicate with clients in any way, they are not familiar with the menu, there was a phrase "it says what else is there".20 minutes after ordering, milkshakes were brought, and 15 minutes later baked rolls were brought (inside there is not chicken, but stringy meat, the rolls themselves are falling apart, and the shape leaves much to be desired). Tea was also brought on a dirty stand. After 40 minutes of waiting, they called the waiter to find out where the hot dishes were, to which they received the answer: "I'll find out now," and the waiter did not return.…Half of the menu is missing!After the waiter left, another 10 minutes passed, to find out where the dish was, the answer was: "we don't have this, we can offer you something else."...By this time, they had brought a burger with a knife in it (well, somehow such a serving did not look very good). They demanded to call the administrator, the waiter went to call the administrator and did not return again.The waiter was called again, the hookah man came, said that there was no administrator and tried to solve the problem. We refused the discounts and the rest of the dishes and demanded a book of complaints, and as it turned out, the QOL was incorrectly designed, and the waiter nervously took the book away and corrected it.The complaint was written, and we left this establishment frozen and dissatisfied.The tea in the receipt was different (of course, more expensive). This was the first and last visit to the Cloud.
