New cabins with air conditioning, wi-fi, fresh linen, refrigerator, smart TV. Friendly hosts, ready to help with the arrangement, are always in touch. There is a summer kitchen with a stove, barbecue area, internal parking. To the beach 2 min. through the courtyard. 5-10 min. good inexpensive canteens, shops with basic necessities, vegetables, fruits, berries, beach, pharmacy. A half-hour walk to the market (10 minutes by car), where you can buy everything, including chilled meat.
We rested for 10 days (end of June-beginning of July) with children aged 2.5 and 7 years. The beach was half empty. You can rent a boat, a catamaran, yachts regularly come up with offers of excursions towards Sukhum, quad bikes with dragon bananas.
One of the objective disadvantages is that there is a cafe next door, loud music was playing one evening, but it was not critical for us. There is also a railway nearby, but trains rarely run during the day.
P.S. There were flies if you didn't close the door, but we caught them in the evening with a baby net, and a mosquito repellent saved them from mosquitoes.

That's just, we just arrived from this beautiful place!!!
And in hot pursuit, I'm writing.The houses are super, everything is clean, very cozy! Everything is as described!The sea is very close by!

A convenient place. There is a kitchen, a swimming pool, Parking for a car, a back gate leading to the sea. For extra money, you can give your clothes for washing. The only drawback is that in the summer there were a lot of flies in the house:(
