We ordered through Instagram. One girl answered, and besides being rude, they made me wait for another 3 and a half hours. They brought everything cold, they left it. Yes, they also took the full amount, and did not report 16 wings.
To be honest, everything was not Delicious and I am very, very unhappy with the staff.
When I called, they hung up, were rude, and then stopped answering altogether.
People, I don't advise you to take it here.

I took a sunny set from them yesterday, they didn't put a coke, and instead of pizza, they put pepperoni in the picture, in addition, it's kind of cold and hard. Today I made an order, made a 100% payment, asked for delivery to be made at 15-00 hours, a time reserve of 2.5 hours. The child stood on the street for 1.5 hours waiting for the courier. What happened is that the courier got into an accident, sometimes you can understand.
The actions of the staff I called on the phone about the delay in the order are not clear. They tell me that a courier will call you, who stubbornly did not want to get in touch with me. Next, the manager dictated the courier's number to me, call him yourself, they say. I paid in full for the delivery that was supposed to happen at the appointed time, I did not ask for a discount for 1.5 hours late, from the manager, I did not even hear regret about what happened. My 10-year-old son stood on the street for 1.5 hours, periodically going to warm up at the bus stop.
Unfortunately, the service sector in our city has not yet reached the level where we can safely make a choice without feedback.
