I would like to draw the attention of the management to this problem. I really love your place, everything is always delicious for me. But the service is just a mockery for such an institution. ALWAYS, NO MATTER WHAT TIME I ARRIVE FOR breakfast/lunch/dinner. At first, I sit for 10 minutes without a menu. Naturally, when they bring it to me, I have been choosing everything through Instagram for a long time. Waiters are often of questionable sincerity and lack of interest in the customer. And that's the same slow service throughout your stay.
Guys, new establishments are opening up around you. If such a service continues, the client will not spoil you

I love Odi on independence, but that's the second time I come and I can't understand. Is this really another place?.. the attitude is strange, the atmosphere is tense. And most importantly, there is no lunch menu, soup for 23 rubles is somehow cool... plus, of course, there are breakfasts all day, but almost all establishments in Minsk can boast of this.

Nightmares. And that's why. To be honest, I haven't tasted anything except coffee. Perhaps the restaurant's cuisine is great. But...I completely lost the desire to eat after the first contact with the staff. I can't call myself an unpleasant person (as there was no such opinion), and even if I was dressed "not in silks", I was generally neat and probably even decent. He doesn't look like a bum. BUT...The girl behind the counter responded to my smile with a look that made it seem like she was having the most terrible day of her life. Well, maybe...I thought (everything happens) and sat down modestly in anticipation...And then she appeared - the lady who brought me my modest coffee. She came with such a face that I was glad that the coffee was not poured on my head. And at my request to bring water (well, I like coffee with water) she also handed me a bottle (by the way, such a cool one), again with a "choke on" expression. In general, I didn't feel like eating. By the way, in the menu of this institution, I liked the feature about the choice of dishes. There's a scheme I haven't seen before. You need to tick the boxes with a pencil yourself in front of what you want to choose. The type of filling out the questionnaire. Funny. However, when I later shared my joy again with the staff and said that I had not seen this before, to my surprise they looked at me again with the expression "who let this in here at all? ". In general, "it" changed its mind and decided to have lunch at another institution. And it didn't go wrong. I was met and fed very close by ...politely and with a smile. Maybe something will change in this institution. I hope and wish you well.

I want to express my deepest sense of chagrin and disappointment from my visit to this institution.
I don't want to spend a lot of time on a review, since I don't write reviews in principle, but I really need to!
The staff, namely the hostess / manager of the restaurant hall, behave extremely ill-mannered and not correctly to the guests of this institution.
The manager of this restaurant has set some mysterious rules and apparently did not explain how to convey them to the guests at the entrance to the restaurant, and not when you are already sitting on a comfortable sofa and waiting for culinary wonders.
You lose money and reputation, continue at the same pace and there will be no guests🥹

Probably the best coffee shop I've been to in Minsk. Very tasty and, most importantly, properly prepared coffee. Croissants are top. Very tasty and creamy. I love classic and pear ricotta. Polite staff, although once I got a girl with a very unhappy face. No thanks, no goodbye. She asked for my order 10 times, although I seem to speak clearly. And yet, it was one time and I still give it 5 stars. The plus side is that I really like coffee, but I can't use it temporarily. And here I found decaf (decaf coffee). I have not yet come across decaf anywhere in Minsk. I went around a lot of coffee shops, but I didn't find it. But there is one here. The taste is indistinguishable from normal coffee.
In general, everything is great.

A wonderful place with delicious pastries and a beautiful interior. I give five stars, despite the disadvantages. And they are. I hope that my review will be noticed by the management and will change something. :)
Disadvantages:
1. Opening time. I would love to have breakfast here more often, but the cafe opens from 10, before that time you can starve to death. At least they would open at 9. It would be 1000 times better.
2. There are no vegetarian sweet croissants (only with salmon or something like that). In general, there are few things that are not sweet.
3. There are actually no healthy desserts or dishes. But pp desserts are and can be delicious. This is not enough.
4. There are no matches. Well, how is it ((it's already everywhere((
