Avoid this service.
1. Incorrect diagnosis: I was incorrectly diagnosed with a problem with the undercarriage. As a result, the parts that did not need to be repaired were replaced, but the problem that I addressed remained.
2. Damage to the car: During the repair process, the staff broke the ABS sensor and broke the wire, but hid it. I paid GEL 700, although neither my original problem was solved, nor the new damage was compensated.
3. Low level of responsibility: While I was waiting outside (there is no waiting area in the service), the workers scratched two! The loss of a customer's car is not an isolated accident. Apparently, the owners of the car will not be informed about this.
4. I was promised a six-month warranty, but I will never return to this service, even if I get paid for it.
Do not trust this place – the quality of work and the attitude towards customers leave much to be desired.
In Tbilisi, my car broke down, namely, the air conditioner compressor failed and the drive belt tore. A tow truck brought me to this service. Many thanks to the craftsmen who searched for the compressor with me, called all my friends. Alas, neither new nor used spare parts could be found. Despite this, the master was able to fix the jammed compressor and I continued my journey. I am very grateful!
