Absolutely liked everything! The attitude of the hosts (David, Samvel, Lala), how the rooms are made, the location, the bed, the separate admiration, the kitchenette and the equipment with everything necessary, the courtyard for breakfast, there is a supermarket nearby.
The hospitality of the hosts is unobtrusive! Very respectful attitude! We were treated to a meal of Yerevan home-cooked cuisine - this warmth and care delight us! We will definitely return to Yerevan and only to them! They promised to treat you to a barbecue

Staying in this room and with such a family played a significant role in creating an overall positive picture of this wonderful city of Yerevan!

A wonderful place to stop in Yerevan.
Clean rooms, cozy, quiet. not far from the center.
Delicious breakfasts with homemade cakes and fruits.
The friendly hosts always met us halfway on all issues.

Clean, cozy, hospitable, like relatives in a good country house. Three separate rooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning, TV, bathroom. In common use there is a washing machine, a refrigerator, a kettle in the kitchen. Homemade breakfasts are served practically in bed, in the room or on the patio of the room. Nearby there is a tavern "Genatsvale", a supermarket SAS, a 24-hour pharmacy. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the center by taxi, 30-40 minutes on foot.
