The plant is the cleanest of the 25 such enterprises that I visited in the CIS. The equipment is always in order, the weight of the bag is monitored when I arrive for maintenance or inspection, I don't even always change into civilian clothes. There is no dust, no cement at all. Perhaps I have seen such a clean plant only in Uzbekistan.
Because of this organization, there is such a mess on the street! Dust is always flying from them, the surrounding area is not gentrified and there is no proper landscaping. Mixers with cement leaving the organization on the main road do not comply with traffic regulations at all. Railway platforms always start to leave at 7:00-7:30, preventing buses and others from rushing to work. Such an enterprise needs to be built outside the city!!!
