The center is designed very competently: the mosque and the shopping area are surrounded by squares with bushes and trees, so even on the hottest and dustiest days, the closer you get to this complex, the easier it is to breathe. It was built back in the 2000s, I studied in the 1st grade. Then it was a super modern shopping center. Although combining the shopping center and the mosque is not a completely clear solution to me. In 2007, I came to visit, I did not find a swimming pool in the center of the building, it was occupied by a trading platform. In general, that place is changing, but the feeling of wow, as in childhood, is definitely not there. It is located in the center, the facade is beautifully decorated, there is a place to walk nearby.

Nurdaulet is not the same as it has been for many years in a row. The building is stuffy in summer. There are a lot of empty seats. There are very few branded clothes. It is not clear who came up with the idea to combine in one building such institutions as a flea market, catering, bank, mobile phone service, etc. and a MOSQUE???
I remember this building as a gloomy long-term building of the USSR, with dark-eyed windows looking at Leninsky Prospekt, surrounded by a fence. The project was supposed to have a youth center.
Of course, now this place has become an ornament of the city, you can come here with a child in the warmer months, as there is a good playground in the courtyard.
There was a NICE FREE mini-zoo, I wonder where all the animals are now.
My son really liked the giraffe, it was rumored to be a girl. She was very good-natured and gladly accepted writing from the hands of visitors. She could be petted and, apparently, she liked it.
It was better inside the building when, initially, there was a fountain in the center. But, as they say, this is a business, nothing personal. Shopping areas have replaced this beauty. It is good that in recent years there has been a pianist who pleases with beautiful live music.
In my opinion, today you can come to Nurdaulet only to buy a cell phone or repair it, as well as listen to a pianist. There's nothing else to do there in the cold season. All the goods are very expensive, apparently the rent is expensive.
