This is the worst hotel in Kazakhstan. Dirt, unsanitary conditions, the room was a warehouse of old equipment, the walls and floor were dirty. Never come to yourself, take care of your health and money!
It is not better to find , and the price is very reasonable . Clean, hot water , air conditioning , warm in winter, the rooms are large. There is a dining room

Anyone who does not want to take a shower after a difficult and long journey, then welcome!
Because you just can't do it, there is practically no water pressure from the shower.
Room amenities. Overnight stay. There is nothing more to add so far. They promised it would be better next time.

I want to express my gratitude to all the staff, they are very kind, friendly, the rooms are clean and cozy, I will definitely stop by again to spend the night 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
It's terrible! Booked in advance. We were warned that we would be late. We arrived at 1:30 with a child to find out that the room had been given to someone. I don't recommend it.
Arals is almost the only place where you can spend the night and eat at the same time! The hotel is tired, to be honest, but it will go for a couple of days if there are no options at all for work!
The hotel is very bad, the beds are patched, the linen stinks and dilapidated, they wash with cheap powder if of course they wash, the TV, the wifi did not work and do not work, they count 12 hours a day, the hostess Jeanne is a nervous inadequate woman, you want to "relax" in the barn and then you are welcome!! I do not recommend it!

A normal guest. We spent the night on the way, everything is normal.
The room is very dirty, even the bucket in the toilet is filled with used paper. The shower cabin is hideously dirty and dead, everything is leaking, the sink is generally dripping. We checked in at one o'clock in the morning and waited for the laundry until two o'clock. First, they gave one towel for two and an incomplete set of underwear, I had to go downstairs again to look for at least someone to take a second towel. The underwear is very smelly. It's been a week now, and the nauseating memory is still in my throat. One thing is not clear, why do people engage in the hotel business and invest huge finances in repairs? In short, even I'm afraid to drive past this stinking hotel
