The plane is about to land at Sheremetyevo Airport. And we're home. We flew away from Turkey with a slight sense of calm. We were so lucky that we found a sympathetic, humane and kind person in Natalia. She was our guide, realtor, lawyer, lawyer, and translator. She was with us from the beginning to our departure. It was only thanks to Natalia, her erudition and her team that we, the "blind kittens," had absolutely no difficulties.In four days, she took us all over the Mediterranean coast of Mersin and other cities. We walked and rested. We rested and walked. And also, the team saved our money by feeding us in the office twice a day. Thanks to the driver Yusuf Bey, he didn't just drive us all day. He drove us to the airport and waited for us to go through passport control. This speaks to his responsiveness. Thanks to the boss of the NSM real estate organization, Ismail Bay, and Ahmed Bay, as well as our friendly Russian boys, Mikhail and Sergey. Many thanks to the chef, a local Turkish woman, Leila, who fed and watered us deliciously.
The team did everything for us to get a TAPA. For those who don't know, tapu is a certificate of our ownership of the apartment. I dream of working in the
future only with Natalia and her team.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to NSM, all employees are very attentive and competent. We bought an apartment online, it was incredibly disturbing, it was unclear what we were taking and where), but everything worked out for us, we got the apartment, the keys in our pocket. We issued a ticket by proxy, met at the airport, and helped connect water and electricity. In general, everything that was promised was done. I would also like to mention Anna in Alanya, Marina and Natalia in Mersin for their excellent work, thank you 🌹 good luck and prosperity!!!

Our history of buying an apartment in Turkey.
This is the first experience of buying an apartment outside of our homeland.
Accordingly, there were some concerns, especially with the current situation in the world.
We left a request and after 10-15 minutes Mikhail called back. We talked, we said our wishes, I don't want to say the simplest ones!!! Before meeting Mikhail, we talked with two realtors, the offers were, to put it mildly, "dead", as it turned out, finding secondary housing in Turkey in good condition is a whole problem. And in general, we even kind of cooled down and didn't really wait, no, well, there were options for 5 million more expensive, the same thing, but with a big appetite of the owner..But after a couple of weeks, maybe a little more, a great option was offered.
I must say, Mikhail is suitable in his work, not like the realtors we are used to. Mikhail visited the apartment several times at our request. I've been shooting reviews. I walked from the house to the sea, showing us the walking distance, the beach itself and all the other infrastructure in real time.
It's decided to take it.
Money is transferred through cryptocurrency, which is also not our usual procedure. It was uneasy, to say the least. Mikhail immediately unsubscribed about the receipt, we have not yet left the task. I sent the document and we agreed on the day of arrival to sign the contract and receive the keys.
We bought a plane ticket and went ahead.
Upon arrival, Mikhail met us and took us to the apartment, everyone looked at it, they were surprised that the apartment was even better (really) than in photos and videos. And now the deal has been completed!!!! Everything is clear. Mikhail conducted a short tour of where, what to buy, where to go, where to change the currency, and so on.
Mikhail took us to the grocery store))) he helped us get a Turkish card, register the meters in the apartment, how do you like it)?
And after 4 months, Mikhail is in touch and helps us, so to speak, delve into the world of exploitation and arrival in Turkey!!!
If you are aiming to buy a good apartment in Turkey, and I think any other room, you will definitely go to Mikhail!!!
