Do not buy apartments in this house, the roof is leaking, parking is leaking, cladding is falling, ventilation is not working, dampness, the smell of sewage throughout the house

Nice and large yard, large Parking lot. Convenient location. Near the school, park, Bayterek, shopping centers. Weak CSC. It requires repairs on some household property.
