1) How many tile pattern options are there? They answered that it was 6, and there is no guarantee that the neighboring bundles will not have the same pattern.
2) is it possible to discard a part of the tile during the inspection at the warehouse before receiving it, if several identical ones arrive - for example, if we order 4, and 3 identical ones arrive? They replied: no, you can't.
Can I order 6 tiles and pick up 4? Answer: no, you can't.
3) Is it possible to re-order a tile if it is the same? They replied: no, it is not possible, the exchange is only if there is a marriage.
4) is it possible to refund the money for the tile in case of a complete refusal to receive the order? They replied: no, it is not allowed (70% prepayment)
I formulated the questions and answers roughly while preserving the essence.
