I went to a hairdressing course. 120 hours are claimed. At the 2nd lesson, it was announced that it would be 90 hours. Despite the fact that we waited 1.5 months and an advance payment was made. The administrator lies and gets out all the time. The room is not equipped. There is no sink in a half-bent state (on ordinary chairs). The site is a lie. Then they provided a hairdressing salon, right in Sukharevo, where the models had to pay 20 rubles each. That is, it was just renting a place for a day. If the models didn't pay, they had to pay for it themselves. The new tomorrow was not compensated. The administrator is not responding adequately to everyone. He swears and sends it. In general, of course, I completed these courses, but only because an advance payment was made. As it is, I am very unhappy. Please pay attention to my review. Don't go there to study!!!

It's really terrible! The organizational aspects in the company are disgusting. Okay, prepayment, I'm fine with that, but the format of the first lesson killed me a little bit - it wasn't a stated seminar like on the website, but just a question-and-answer format. They lost my bills forever and asked me to send them every time I called. When they lost them again 2 months later, I already exploded emotionally. Then the epic of the course began. I was not included in the first group because they simply forgot, after 2 months I got into the next one, and even then, if I hadn't called, they would have forgotten about me. And I've already been listening to the course since the second lesson. The course continued for more than a month, as the teacher was always rescheduling classes. I was just planning to watch the last two classes on the record, so Skype stopped working and all the recordings were deleted, but we studied there. It's just magical! I will not continue any further

It's just terrible!!! I decided in the summer of 2024 to take a course on installation of air conditioning systems. I came, signed a contract, immediately paid the entire amount, director Lipskaya promised that the courses would begin within a week and a half, but the courses still did not begin. And the breakfast feeding began. In short, in the 2 months during which the training was supposed to begin, nothing started. I came to them, I say, I want to terminate the contract because you are not providing me with a service (training has not started). And they tell me ,, where does the contract say that we have to terminate it,,? I have never met so many employees. But we agreed that I would get my money back within 7 days. 7 days have passed but the money has not been returned.And they returned it only after I threatened legal action. Instead of the announced courses of a TV and radio presenter, I had public speaking courses, just lovely) The teacher was different, besides, she was sure that I had been WARNED and I AGREED to public speaking courses, although there was NO such thing. How they gave me my certificate is a separate song. Olga is a methodologist, she does not know how to communicate with clients at all and does not keep her word. I wrote in advance the day and time when I could drive up, she confirmed and asked me to write when I was leaving. At the moment when I left, I wrote to her, but she was no longer online, and then, as it turned out, she was not at her workplace either, no one gave me the document. It turns out that she wanted me to confirm the departure in the morning, which I should have guessed myself, apparently I should read minds))) As a result, I was promised that the certificate would be sent by mail, but nothing reached me a month later, very strangely, letters go 3-5 days within the city, Olga said that she even repeated the sending, but nothing came the second time either. I had to pick it up personally, I suspect no one sent anything. The service is disgusting, the service was not provided, it is not possible to refuse, because money is being lost. I had a chance to deal with this office. In November 2022, I signed up for a copywriting course, and at the conclusion of the contract, I was told that the courses would begin at the end of December. As a result, they began at the end of January. Which really disrupted all the plans. There are no questions for the teacher during the course. I conveyed the information well, as far as it was possible. After all, at most 5 classes were held.
But the organizational aspects are disgusting. Sometimes they couldn't get on the phone via video link, then they couldn't record the lesson because I was absent. Well, that's okay.
The most fun was the result.
It was written in the contract that at the end of the course a certificate of the state sample is given! When I started demanding it, the administrator told me that such certificates were canceled and a regulatory act was issued on this! When I asked to specify exactly what kind of person he was, they told me to find it on the Internet! And if I need confirmation, then I have to pay either for the certificate or for the certificate!!! And it does not matter that the Education Code states that such organizations are required to issue state-issued certificates. But apparently this office was deprived of the right to see such documents.
As a result, they offered me to make a gift and issue a certificate for 6p for free. Since I don't have the opportunity to pay for it!!!!!!
That is, no one cares that a free document must be provided by law!
And again! The manager I talked to on this issue was an extremely unpleasant girl. All the information had to be extracted from her with claws. Probably because she didn't own it!!! Well, the phrase "if you cannot pay 6 rubles, we will make you a gift" shows the attitude of this organization towards students!!!
Think 300 times before contacting them!
There is zero customer orientation, zero sound knowledge, no document confirming the completion of the courses. But there is a disgusting opinion about them!!!

There is no schedule, the declared program does not correspond to the actual one. This is a horror, not a course!!!! Why on earth do they give them for free everywhere? well, okay, I thought, I decided to leave a request, they didn't call me as it says on the website, but wrote to Viber, a girl who apparently has no idea what a sales specialist is and how to communicate with a client. I wrote all the questions I was interested in in one message, instead of getting an answer to them, she wrote me an answer that there would be theory and practice. although my question was whether the student's preference is given so that the practice is where it is more convenient for him. And how well the theory is presented so that it does not happen as in previous courses, to which I received the answer when I asked all these questions twice, and the answer was "No one has complained yet," yes, it is clear from the reviews.
Next, you need to deposit the entire amount! when I said that I didn't want to deposit the entire amount, then it was already 50%. Nonsense.

No one controlled the clock, in the institution where we were trained, they said that they did not know what to do with us at all.
And in the end, no one understood what we paid the money for. We could come to any such institution and study for free, or else we would have been paid for our work, and not pay money for the same result.
It was also very disappointing: they paid 300 rubles for the courses, and we were eventually provided with information: a training manual and the address of the institution. And a CERTIFICATE of education. Just a reference. You have to pay extra for the certificate. You still have to pay for the certificate.
I am very disappointed in this school and their services.

Let's start from the beginning - when I signed up for courses through the website, all communication with the manager was in correspondence, not a single call to clarify many points of training, the dry, rude, indifferent attitude of the manager, calm - drop the money for training, and then, yourself, the client, ask all the points-how the lesson will go (since I was walking online), they didn't even tell me which application the lesson would be on-I begged for everything myself, even to the point that the first lesson didn't even happen on the reset account, the lesson was on Viber.
Secondly, my circumstances have changed (I went to work and I can't study according to the group schedule), the payment was 50%, as a result, the same would-be manager told me, again, that pay for the second part and how you want - you can not attend lessons. Honestly, to say that I'm surprised is not the right word)))It's the 21st century and all issues are being resolved, especially when the level of competitors is high. They do not go to meet the client, they do not worry about their reputation.

Boorish and disrespectful attitude towards the client, such organizations have no place in the service market!
Also, I recommend that anyone who is faced with their unfair attitude contact all possible authorities from the Minsk city executive committee to the state control, do not be lazy and write an electronic appeal, since it is now the 21st century and it is possible to do this without leaving home. In our case, everything came out clearly according to the contract. Many thanks to the organizers for this. Our band turned out to be diverse, and it's very cool. Someone has already worked in the field of HR, someone was going to, and someone still did not understand whether this profession would suit him. At the first lesson, we met, Irina asked everyone's expectations from the course. And during the lectures (unnoticed by ourselves), she tested everyone, and laid us out on the shelves what we are in life and what we are in work (the main thing is not to lie to yourself :)) Everything is very cool. Presentation of the material, communication, testing, games - everything is 100% worked out! Irina's knowledge and practice are a storehouse of information. I am sure that the course will be useful for everyone who wants to get to know themselves, get a career promotion and who is looking for a job. The biggest advantage of this course is the professionalism of the teacher. After all, not every professional can teach his craft, and many will not want to share it :) Irina provided us with information not only in electronic form so that we could study something ourselves, explained everything to us using specific life examples, taught us how to behave with management and how not to offend ourselves :) There were also homework assignments.

She studied at a Landscape design Course in Minsk for beginners. She was only halfway through and left. I realized that I was just wasting time and money. The task was to make a planning solution for the suburban area. Competently plan out the available acres. And, if you have enough time, decide on the plants. I am not a beginner in design, I own graphic programs and I am familiar with coloristics, but the field of LD was a "white spot" for me.
Faced with the existing education system at this institution, I can say with confidence that you do not need to study there in any course! This could end up being a huge disappointment. There can be only one exception: if you come across a teacher who is ready and able to share knowledge. But this is a huge piece of luck!
I was unlucky. First of all, with a teacher. Moreover, I did not choose anyone, I was looking for an internship, looked through the portfolio and was sure that the teacher was a professional. It turned out that not every professional can teach. This is a separate ability to provide information, answer questions, and be ready to admit your knowledge gaps.
It seemed that the material was made a long time ago and has been little updated since then. The lectures were a demonstration of a Word file with poor layout and some oral information. Maybe 5-6 years ago it was new. But there is a lot of relevant, mega-interesting and mega-useful information on the Internet now. And I, for example, came to this course to get the help of a professional in garden planning, and not to listen and look at what you can find on your own.
The teacher answered the questions according to the formula: "Well, I do not know. It's up to you to decide." Moreover, the questions were the simplest. For example, about ergonomics and Neufert, in particular. It was stated that "Well, what kind of Neufert!?". Moreover, it is this surname that has been heard by architects and interior designers for several decades, and there are sections in his books that are devoted to the arrangement of the garden. Sadly.
Or, for example, the teacher simply ignored the topic "How to plan a vegetable garden and orchard competently". We limited ourselves to a decorative vegetable garden. Nothing was said about the other areas in the garden.
On the APPM website (Association of Planting Material Manufacturers) I learned a lot more information about plants than in such lectures that we were offered. When asked where to look for reliable information about plants, the teacher said that on the Internet. But she didn't give any links. She didn't even mention the APPM website. Then I shared the information I found on my own with my classmates.
I do not appreciate the professionalism of this person in the field of LD now, but I can say that it is not worth teaching her. Or you need to upgrade your skills very seriously.
But the main disadvantage is the attitude of the course administration and the owner—director. After all, it is their responsibility to build the educational process. In my case, the sales manager couldn't even read my letter carefully, in which I outlined the essence of the claims demanding a refund for a poorly rendered service. I received a multi-letter text in response, with poor print quality. The communication in the messenger was aggressive. I was told directly that I wouldn't get anything even if I went to court. I was thinking about this option, but realized that there would not be enough resources for these showdowns (maybe in vain).
I wrote a letter to Mrs. O. Slim (the owner and director) with a detailed story about why I was not satisfied with the work of her center and the offer of a meeting, and received from her a promise to respond to my letter later, after my sick leave. Unfortunately, I have not received any response.
But what struck me the most was that a new person joined our group when a huge piece of material was "passed". Even the teacher was confused. But "money doesn't smell" and the office manager cheerfully identified a newcomer to our group.
And more. The result that is promised on the center's website (I quote: At the end of the course program, you will create your own design project (site, individual landscape elements) for the initial portfolio of the designer (courses for further employment) or for the arrangement of your own site (courses for yourself) is simply unattainable with such a quality of training. I don't believe that the people who sell us THIS don't understand it. They understand and continue to deceive. Alas.
To summarize. People work somehow and live for today. Reputation is an empty word for them. Don't mess with them. I have experience of studying courses in different educational centers and have something to compare it with. Everyone is not perfect, but the way the "New Tomorrow" works is simply unacceptable. It is sad that there is such a practice in the educational field nowadays. It's a shame to work like this!

They don't know modern software, they're just stalling. When I realized that they would not prepare me for my project, I refused. The money was not returned to me. There were 2 classes each for two "super" specialists, as they say. Your specialists could not repeat the project made by the student. The director, if she were a smart woman, would have sent them away with a wolf ticket. But instead of not working with them and not embarrassing yourself, you charged me for it. I spent a lot of time before class to explain how and what I want. But your client is a nobody, in your written response you write that I am a person with no experience in this program. I've been doing similar projects for three years now. And your coaches have no idea how to work in my files, it's just the 2021 version of the program.. I do not recommend courses for their boorish attitude. The money was taken away, humiliated. I couldn't continue the project.
