The Novotel hotel in Sharm El Sheikh is a great choice for a holiday! We lived in palm, a great quiet hotel, the sea is not far away, there is a place to walk in the hotel , all the entertainment in the hotel is across the street, not far to go, but the territory is quiet just for relaxing with children.The rooms are clean, spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help, which creates a pleasant atmosphere.
The territory of the hotel is well maintained, with a beautiful swimming pool and relaxation areas. The beach is nearby, and there you can enjoy the clear sea and sandy shore. The food is varied and delicious, and the buffet with a large selection of dishes is especially pleasing.

The territory is well maintained, 2 pools, clean, pleasant. The food is specific, as it probably is everywhere in Egypt) but you can always find dishes to your liking. There are a lot of vegetables, herbs and fruits. There is always grilled meat in the evening. The staff is friendly and cheerful :) I liked everything! Especially the fact that the Palm Hotel is located across the street from the Beach Hotel, where it is always more crowded and noisy (music, shows). In Palm with children-perfect! Nothing will break the regime, because there is peace and quiet. And very cool huge rooms (superior).

We spent our holidays in this hotel complex and were very satisfied! I would especially like to highlight the wonderful team of animators – the guys create an amazing mood and make leisure time intense. During the day, various activities are held: water exercises, dance classes, sports tournaments, and in the evenings they arrange exciting performances. You definitely won't get bored here!
The complex itself is pleased with its well-groomed territory and cozy rooms. Cleaning is carried out regularly, the staff is friendly and attentive. The food is varied, the choice of dishes is large, everyone will find something to taste. The beach is clean, the water is clear, the entrance to the sea is comfortable.
If you are looking for a place for active recreation with cheerful animators, then this hotel is a great solution! We will definitely come again.

We stayed at the Novotel Sharm El Sheikh and were absolutely delighted! The hotel has an excellent location — close to the sea, the beach is clean and well maintained, access to the water is convenient. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The food is delicious and varied, especially the dinners.
We would especially like to mention the work of the animation team, namely, animator Daria. She's just incredible! Always with a smile, energetic, attentive to all the guests. Thanks to her, the vacation has become even brighter and more fun. Daria knows how to create a great mood, involve everyone in activities and charge them with positivity for the whole day.

We stayed at the hotel from 12/24/2024 to 01/22/2025.
It is very good that we caught both the Catholic Christmas and the New Year. We had great festive dinners and a wonderful program!
We arrived at the hotel around 8:30. The bracelets were put on immediately, and breakfast was served. We checked in at about 11:30, despite the fact that the official check-in starts at 14:00.
I asked for a room on the 1st floor, not far away, because my joints hurt and it's hard to walk. The first room was given on the contrary far away and on the 2nd floor, then they showed the room on the 1st floor and closer. After Baksheesh promised, they actually settled in the Family room instead of the standard! The money was not extorted. I gave $10 to the guy who drove us around the territory with suitcases and $10 at the reception. To the question "is it not enough?" They answered: "it's a gift. I've given you as much as I've given you." Nice to meet you!
The rooms are not new, but in good condition. No unpleasant odors. The bed is very comfortable. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, and drinking water, which are constantly replenished.
I was completely satisfied with the food: varied, a lot. There's always something grilled for dinner. There were shrimps and crabs. Excellent oriental sweets, not to mention all kinds of biscuits.
The beer is quite drinkable. Strong drinks (local for free) at first seemed to have the same taste and were disgusting even in cocktails. The bartender corrected the rum by adding granadine (pomegranate syrup) and mint. Sometimes there is a Pharaoh rum, which is much better than the standard one (I don't remember the name). The bartenders Mahmoud and Islam are great guys! We learned Arabic together))
Very beautiful and large territory. White herons (I don't know what they're called) walk slowly across the lawns during the day and look for funny hoopoe worms.
All the staff is friendly and attentive. It is clear that Alyonka's chocolate bar and / or a couple of bucks tip will only improve the mood when communicating.
The mini-club is run by Bazooka, who has been working at this hotel for 28 years. The Russian girl Elsa helps him. Every day there is some kind of children's movement, but most of the time the children are just supervised: they draw and play by themselves.
One of the pools is heated. It has +24. Big! In the pool without heating +19. It is stated in the description of the water park. However, it's actually a pair of small slides, probably a meter high. I wanted to take off the star for the lack of a water park, but I didn't: I really enjoyed my vacation!
The hotel has a very calm and peaceful atmosphere.
It was annoying that under the name of the dishes at the New Year's dinner, the New Year's greetings were only in Ukrainian: no Arabic, no English, no Russian! To my surprise, they replied that this was not a provocation, but just signs from the time when Russians did not fly to Egypt, and there were almost only Ukrainians in the hotel. I had to believe it, but I'll still take off the star alone.
Everything else is at the Novotel Beach, which, as the name suggests, is located right on the beach. From Palm, just cross the road.
It's just an amazing Christmas and New Year's Eve movement!!!
Santa is a Bazooka on a camel, handing out gifts to children, a foam disco right in the pool, a strawberry festival. Super! And I didn't know that a jet ski with a flyboard could be right in the pool! A guy in a Santa costume was taking kids on a flyboard.
The animation is interesting in the evening. I liked the Tanura dervish dance, the fire show and the fakir show the most. The dancing girls are great too.
The animators (an Egyptian and 4 Russian girls) are funny and sociable.
In all bars, people living in Palm are also served. I read in the reviews that they don't pour palm oil on animations - this is not the case.
We went to the SPA. Money is wasted! I strongly do not recommend it. The host asked for his impressions on the way out. I suggested going to Turkey or Russia to find out what a Turkish hammam is. And the price tag is just a horse!

The Reef is why tourists actually come here. It is very convenient that you can enter the water up to your waist or chest on the sand without corals, and then swim over the reef in a mask. Interesting reef, interesting fish. Not Dahab or Ras Mohammed, of course, but not Novorossiysk either (with all the love for this heroic city).
There are always sun beds by the sea, and the pool in Bich runs out around 10:30. This is due to the fact that there are not many of them by the pool, and the water in the pool is + 28, and in the sea +24.

The hotel guide, as always, was terrifying if you didn't buy excursions from him. I even made him sign a paper stating that I would not buy excursions from Pegasus, so Pegasus is no longer responsible for all of us)))
How Pegasus was going to answer for us is unknown. The insurance policy also covers non-Pegasus excursions, contrary to the statements of the guide. Nasty guy, in general. But I posted the information about the flight in a timely manner.
A pharmacy with good prices is on the Beach side and slightly to the left after the crossing. It's called Elizabeth. I did not check my knowledge of the Russian language by pharmacists. English is good. Shops with reasonable prices for souvenirs, sweets,... on the right after leaving the Palm at the entrance to the neighboring hotel. Do not forget to bargain.
The ATM at the entrance to the Palm changes the currency. You need to select an Exchange and put dollars in it. Sometimes it doesn't take a hundred, less is fine.
Wi-Fi works very well in the rooms and throughout the Palm and Beach area. Including on the beach! He sometimes disappeared in the restaurant. I didn't measure my speed, but my wife watched movies without brakes.

We were from 26.03 to 01.04.2025
A small area, one pool for 125, 145 and 155 cm. There are 2 more pieces for kids.
The rooms are normal. There is only water in the mini bar. Slippers on request. There is a safe. For a tip at check-in, they accelerated room preparation for 1 hour and gave us an interesting view, not into the wall.
Food: there is borscht, there is fish, chicken, mutton. Breakfast is weak for a Russian peasant. Lunch and dinner are decent.
Alcohol is boring, local. Saved my family. Imported for a fee with all inclusive. The set of cocktails is limited.
Sea: the entrance is shallow, sandy, there is a small piece of reef with inhabitants. From 18:00 it closes right with whistles and escorting from the territory. There are guards at night, so you can't get to the beach, much less to the sea, under the moon. If there are towels left on the sunbed by closing time, the staff will collect it in a pile and stop understanding Russian.
Evening shows as usual. We always found places.
Animators are present. That's exactly what the word means, that's exactly what it is.
The staff generally understands Russian. There is almost always a smile, but the desire to please the guest does not appear even with a tip.

I really liked the hotel, we had a family vacation in May. The location is very good, almost in the center of Naama Bay, the staff is smiling and kind. A wonderful hotel!!! We were three families in the first half of March. At the request, they settled everyone nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy, with a balcony. We had a rest from April 14 to April 19, 2025 at the Novotel Palm, two adults without children.
The hotel is family run, almost all were families, but there was no discomfort.
First of all, I want to note that this hotel is the "second building" of the Novotel hotel and is located not on the first coastline, but across the street from the main hotel (Beach), it's not far to go, and the security guards are in charge of the road and stop the flow of cars when you cross - it's safe and comfortable.
The sea is a sandy beach and the entrance is smooth and comfortable, and there is a very beautiful coral reef!
I liked the service. The staff are all polite and friendly - in the dining room, at the reception, on the premises (I didn't like only one bartender near the pool). Some of the reception staff speak Russian, there were no problems either.
There was also a very annoying and intrusive manager at the SPA (main building), who offered to buy massages even on the beach.🤔
Cleaning is daily. Rooms for 4*: as soon as we entered the room, it seemed that it was not very clean, and the shower was not very well done (without a door) and the water was leaking out. But we were lucky and had a beautiful view from it. And almost everything is in the room, slippers are only on request, there were no toothbrushes either.
We also used the laundry service: we washed it inexpensively, quickly and well, and brought things ironed in perfect condition.
The territory of the hotel is very green and well maintained. There are beautiful birds, as well as cats)) The houses are snow-white and cozy.
There are three pools, I liked them, there were always mostly empty places. The beer in the bar is not bad, and the cocktails are average.
Surprisingly, the room had perfect WiFi! I didn't catch it very well on the territory, and it was good at the reception, but the network was different from the room one.
Food: varied, fresh, generally good, if you don't find fault)) there were a lot of fresh vegetables, but there were few fruits (I think because of the season), once there were even rolls. It was possible to get free wine for dinner. There was always a different grill for dinner, and there was even a crab.
There is an ATM in the hotel where you can exchange dollars for local currency.
The main building has a gym (normal, a little small), a SPA, and even a barber (beard haircut) service.
Within walking distance of Naama Bay walking street, fixed price where we bought souvenirs (10 minutes on foot).
We didn't go to the evening hotel activities, but we saw cartoons in the evening at 19:30 near the pool for children in Russian (in Palm), we attended yoga in the morning and afternoon - we liked it (in Beach). The entertainment program is only on the beach.
When we left early and went on an early excursion to Cairo, we packed breakfast without any problems.

Excellent hotel, two buildings. We rested in the beach on line 1, line 2 of the Novotel Palm 5 minutes walk. There are several swimming pools on site, one heated. I really love the Red Sea. I really love sandy beaches and the sandy entrance to the sea, I really love reefs and fish, I really love good service.
I tried different bays, but in the end, I didn't find anything better than Nam Bay in Egypt.
I used to go to Fayrouz a few times, but when it was a Hilton. It's not the same now.
And then I saw that the neighboring Novotel was renovated in 2023. I thought it was a chance.
And I was not mistaken.
Sea, fish, decent table, positive staff. Clean and fresh.

Great hotel. The food is good, the food is for every taste. Animation every day, first for children, then for adults.
Different activities take place every day (aqua aerobics, zumba, etc.).
The entrance to the sea is sandy, there is no wind, so we swam every day. If there is no free space on the beach, then you can swim in the pool. The pool is for both adults and children (depth 60 cm).
Free Wi-Fi is available in the pool area and in the reception area.
Therefore, I recommend everyone to stay at the Novotel Beach. If I go to Egypt again, I will only stay at this hotel.

We had a rest in February, just returned, we really liked everything, starting from the check-in, everything was fast, without complaints, ending with animation and service.
The food is good, for a solid 4, there has always been something to eat, for every taste, you definitely won't stay hungry!

We are staying at the Novotel Beach Hotel at the moment. The sea is just around the corner, the beach is clean. The hotel is gorgeous, the animation is great. We had a rest in the middle of May. We took a room at the Palm Hotel. The territory is large, there are 3 pools, quiet.
You need to walk to the beach on line 1, across the street, it takes 5 minutes.
All activities are on line 1, with animators working from 10 o'clock. 2 lines for silence and relaxation.
The beach has its own reef with beautiful fish, no need to go anywhere.
