Everything would be fine, and the staff communicate politely and the inspection procedure itself is fast, but no one monitors the queue. The inspection was completed in 3 minutes, and there were 1.5 hours in line.
There are 2 queues, one for trucks, the other for cars, I do not know what is there for trucks, but at first the queue stood in 2 rows, then the number of rows increased to 4!!! It's just that the "smartest" and impatient drivers drove around the entire queue and wedged in just before the inspection point. After they were crammed into as many as 4 rows, some still continued to fart and drove along the way for trucks, and then wedged into 4 rows of cars closer to the beginning of their studies. If it weren't for the chaos with the queue, everyone would have passed the inspection in 30-35 minutes, and so, someone passed in 10 minutes, and someone stood for 2 hours. This is not right.

We drove up to the first post, there was a very long queue, when we got to the first people in uniform, I asked that we and a disabled child be allowed to somehow out of line. As a result, we drove in a lane where the engine was faster than in others, as it seemed to me. At the inspection itself, the inspector, after checking the documents and questioning, very quickly examined the car and things and we drove off. We spent about an hour and a half of time. The organization of work is poor. The staff is working perfectly. But what can you do on the busiest route to Novorossiya if you have ONE post for trucks, one for buses and TWO posts for cars? There is a two-lane access road, two 90-degree turns in front of the posts. There are several such posts to be made on this road. A traffic jam of trucks for 10 km in each direction..
The Internet is available only on Russian territory. I recommend everyone to look for route points in ADVANCE, replenish money on the phone and enable roaming. My Megaphone was working. Others don't know, It's not an advertisement, just a fact.
It will be difficult to find a point of sale of a local operator without a navigator.
On February 22, a 3-hour fast took place in Novorossiya, and 6 hours back.

I left Mariupol empty in a five-ton truck. I could have driven on the concrete because I was empty, but because of the terrible condition of the concrete, I had to jostle in line with the loaded ones. Traffic police inspectors were still working at the exit from customs, they checked all the docks, for the car, for authenticity, waybill, diagnostic card, insurance. And this is after 12 hours of jostling. When the traffic police inspector stopped me, I wanted to hit him. In general, this is not customs, but a test of your nerves. The road at checkpoints is just a mess. Just terrible queues and unrealistically long waiting times for travel! At the checkpoint, you either have to be super arrogant and climb on the oncoming lane to the very beginning of the queue, which is not beautiful and creates an even longer waiting time for the rest, or become like everyone else in the queue and spend 10 hours passing the point. Very small and long cross-country. There are no conditions at all for people crossing on foot. They are forced to walk along the dead roads, making their way between cars. There are no pedestrian sidewalks. There is normal asphalt to the checkpoint and immediately after in the DPR there is new asphalt and there is no road at all between.

In my subjective opinion, there should be three checkpoint lines at the crossing point. Civilian, cargo, and military (including law enforcement agencies). While cars are driving to the entrance to the territory in the oncoming lane, on the side of the road. There are contractual arrangements. The military and security forces are allowed to pass without waiting in line. But inside there is one queue for everyone. There is less order in the territory itself. I stood there for four hours.

I was traveling on May 8 with humanitarian aid towards Kakhovka. From the Rostov region, they passed the inspection in 15 minutes. I drove back to the first checkpoint from Mariupol at 18.00, an unfortunate 300 meters remained to the place of inspection, and here all the circles of hell began! I wouldn 't put even one star , but you can 't write a review . Mountains of garbage, dirty, not cleaned toilets and 6 hours of waiting ..The drivers' completely boorish attitude towards each other. There is zero security, so many cars have been assembled that if something had flown there... everyone would have stayed there, on one side a fence with a thorn, on the other in several rows the thorn itself.
