The second trip: we need to be at the hotel at 8:00, at 8:01 we were downstairs - there is no bus. A few minutes later, the travel agent calls and says that the bus is waiting for us near the hotel, although there was no bus there at the same time. A few minutes later, he calls, says that the bus is at the travel agency, come here. Okay, we got there, but there's no bus there again. They told us to wait, they would come for us now and take us to the bus, and they began to be rude and raise their voices in response to additional questions. After that, all the mood to go anywhere was gone. The money was not returned
We had a rest in Kemer at the FAME HOTEL at the end of September. After the meeting with our tour agent, we noted the prices of excursions. When we were walking around the city, we were offered excursions by many street travel agencies (and even such hyped ones as Ginza Travel) who have one goal to earn by any means. Until we met Rafael ne zhadina (we read about him in the reviews) on the NOVINKA TOUR. He first clarified what we would like to visit, how many days we have a tour. Based on these data, he suggested the dates and cost of tours (which were very different from those of our travel agent and many street agencies) that we liked. And unobtrusively offered to think about it and if we decide to come in. Due to the fact that we had a short tour, we decided to start by going to the aquarium in Antalya, and after the tour we decided where else to go. When we came to Raphael, he greeted us as if we had known each other for a long time and with his catchphrase "RAPHAEL IS NOT GREEDY" he gave us another discount. He advised us where to buy normal things and in the process of communication we had a small incident. We took a tour to the aquarium the next day, and were discharged the next day. When we arrived the next morning due to the fact that we were registered for another date, the transfer did not arrive. After the proceedings with the dates, in order not to spoil the vacation and impressions, we were sent to the HAMMAM for free (which we also wanted to enroll in). The next day we went on an excursion. The minibus was comfortable with air conditioning and an experienced driver who drove us and brought us back. Along with the aquarium, the tour included an exhibition of wax figures. We really enjoyed the tour. Another bonus is good and high-quality wi-fi, which is much better than in the hotel.
The bus did not arrive to pick up the tour, the money was not returned and they were rude.
We were waiting for the bus minute by minute at the hotel, but did not wait, it took 5 minutes. We called the travel agent, he replied that the bus was waiting for us at the hotel, but they said we were not there. We replied that there was no one here and we had been standing for 5 minutes.
He called back and told us to come to the office, they would pick us up from there (about 150 m from the hotel).
When we arrived, an on-site employee shouted at us and accused us of not getting out and not getting in on time. After such a boorish attitude, to put it mildly, I didn't feel like going at all. We asked how long to wait for them to pick us up, but they didn't give us an answer.
While we were standing and waiting, the same employee started loudly throwing mud at us in Turkish to some Turkish friend, he thought we didn't understand, but we understood.
Later, our travel agent, with whom we had booked the tour initially, came, we said that his colleague scolded us and asked for a refund of the advance payment of 600 lira, we no longer want to go anywhere, his colleague behaved terribly and the mood was spoiled, he refused us and told us to wait until we were picked up and taken to the bus that had already left.
The situation is disgusting and the attitude is terrible, I'm crying, my husband is standing there feisty. We left, returned to the hotel and asked the reception staff if the bus had arrived earlier than the scheduled time, but they told us that they hadn't seen anyone, given that the lobby has panoramic windows and everything is visible, the situation is understandable…
