We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. A great hotel for a family holiday, quiet and peaceful. The room is cleaned daily at 1 p.m. We used the laundry service at the hotel, everything is on the level! The breakfast is meager, there is no variety, and there is little choice. There are 2 swimming pools on the territory of the hotel, access to the sea is visible from the windows of the rooms inside the hotel buildings. The managers at the reception do not know English, so they have to communicate using a telephone translator. There are a lot of restaurants and shops, cafes, a pharmacy near the hotel. They asked for an extra bed in the room, they brought it. The room has air conditioning, a balcony, a bathroom with a shower, and a safe. There is a TV, but there are no Russian channels, it is useless).

A great hotel on the first line in a quiet location, where, in my opinion, there is everything you need, a swimming pool, massage, a restaurant and nice rooms!Very good location, there are many restaurants and shops nearby, as well as the main road along which the shuttle bus runs!

I visited this hotel in December 2024. I was amazed at how the reviews on all the sites do not correspond to reality. It turns out that all this happened, but before the pandemic. There are no Russian-speaking staff at the moment, and they don't understand English at all either. Install the Russian-Vietnamese translator.
The resort is empty, Russians hardly travel, the hotel is empty. So that the hotel is not empty, local trade unions send labor strikers here. They usually come by for a couple of days and then - take out all the saints. They are very noisy, and they turn on the music so that the walls shake. But when they're not there, it's quiet and peaceful.
It is almost impossible to swim in the sea, there are big waves all the time. It's better not to take dinner at the hotel, if you do, you'll understand why. Breakfast is very average, there is nothing of what we usually eat, but here is phobo for breakfast and so on.
The rooms are not bad, the cleaning is strange, the bed linen has not been changed once in 10 days.
Despite all of the above, I liked the hotel, it's very peaceful, secluded, when there are no social workers, the staff is very friendly and welcoming.
But it's better to settle closer to Fatient, there are fewer waves, more traffic, there is somewhere to go, and there are people.
Seafood lovers live well in Novela, I walked a hundred meters, and everything is right there.
In general, I am writing to ensure that your expectations match reality, and I will say once again that, no matter what, I liked the hotel.
