Hello, I have been to novomed more than once, as everywhere there are pros and cons, but on May 8 I did the procedure under anesthesia, the price is not small, there are no questions to the doctor and the anesthesiologist, but there is about the nurse who puts the catheter, I immediately warned about the problem with the veins, which I got a whole lecture, put a catheter in such a way that my arm became like a log, after the procedure the same nurse came up and told me to make an alcohol compress and that's it, the next day the arm didn't work at all, it's good that there are people who said what needs to be done, please teach your employees to approach their work responsibly, I understand that there are incidents everywhere, but you work for people's health and somehow you need to treat the patient responsibly.

In April 2025, we underwent strabismus surgery in Novomed. If anyone did not know, they are already undergoing surgery.
We were observed by the optometrist Mikhovich Tatiana Ivanovna . An amazing doctor. The inspection is always at the highest level. I got an answer to absolutely any question .
The operation itself was performed by Kolomytskaya Elena Olegovna. We also met Snay before the operation, and more than once. Everything was sorted out.
The operation itself went well. The child was not afraid to walk. The anesthesiologist talked all the time, even after the operation, he personally carried each child in his arms to another ward. After the operation, the nurse came in very often and checked how the child was feeling. We are also still under the supervision of all these doctors, they are completing their work. I'm an alarmist mom, but here I'm calm and completely trust these doctors.
I visited many doctors in the city of Brest, but I trusted and believed only Mikhovich.
Try to contact at least once, and compare the examination with your previous doctor. I'm sure you'll stay in Novomed.

I go to the dentists here, they are really professionals in their field, they hear, they are careful and careful, they explain everything correctly, I got to different people and I was satisfied with everyone, but of course it's a whole quest to get there. And this is not the first time. Previously, they even imposed an examination and consultations for wisdom tooth extraction, although I had already been recorded, but due to my condition I had to postpone the examination + consultation + recommendations + X-ray, but the administrator claimed that she could not record for treatment, only for consultation, they say the doctor can only record herself. Although they recorded it successfully earlier, I called back, got to another administrator and recorded it without any problems. For such a service, such extra charges are, of course, terrible.

She prescribed a cream that doesn't help, told me to go to other doctors! And I went to another hospital and just got a proper consultation!!!! She went to the neurologist with the child , with an indifferent look she gave me a piece of paper where it says kkk the child must develop! I paid 50 rubles for a piece of paper, which contains information on every Internet site !????? And so it is every time you go to novamed ! I don't see any difference with a free clinic!

A TERRIBLE DENTAL TREATMENT EXPERIENCE AND A HUGE DOUBT ABOUT PROFESSIONALISM
On February 12, 2024, a 4-year-old child was enrolled in Kovalevich Alina Nikolaevna for the treatment of baby Teeth. The teeth were treated under sedation, and fillings were placed. Yesterday, the temperature rose to 39.5, the cheek swelled, we saw how the gum where the seal stood was inflamed. Not only was the procedure NOT CHEAP, but there is no guarantee (all fillings began to fall out after 4 months). Since they were from another city, they urgently signed up at a local clinic, said there was PUS in the gum, and had a tooth removed. The reason: improper dental treatment. We called Novomed, we wanted to find out what the reason was, we communicated so shamefully, no sympathy for the child, zero respect, they do not admit their guilt, and do not offer any solution. They only promised that the doctor who conducted the treatment would contact us personally soon, of course we did not wait for any call.
The child is now in maxillofacial surgery! They performed an emergency operation. My child was cut up because of this "treatment"
