A wonderful hotel, friendly, courteous staff, clean, cozy rooms, cosmetics and even a nail file, razor and shaving cream, slippers and towels were changed for us every day, tea, instant coffee, 2 bottles of 0.5 water were added to the room every day, delicious varied breakfasts, pastries, fresh fruits and vegetables, cheeses, ham, delicious dried olives, restaurant on the 6th floor overlooking the Bosphorus, convenient location of the hotel, near Istiklal street, Galata Tower, Galata Bridge, St. Anthony's Basilica, metro, bus stops, shopping center nearby. We would love to visit this hotel again, thanks to the hotel staff for their hospitality.

A quiet place to relax after long walks. The breakfasts are quite acceptable, the rooftop restaurant overlooks the city and the Bosphorus. The only drawback is that you need to go uphill from the hotel to the nearest attractions all the time.

I would like to leave a review. We recently visited this hotel. We booked a room with a sea view, respectively, for an additional fee. We flew to celebrate a birthday and it was important that nothing overshadowed the holiday. Expectation and reality did not match. This is clearly not a sea view, but a view of the parking lot. We wanted to change the room to higher floors. One manager said: there are no available rooms today, come back tomorrow. And tomorrow another manager came on the shift and he made a surprised face. When I asked this question. We were refused, we were told that there were no available rooms), which turned out to be a lie. The hotel was half empty. The second thing surprised me was that the hotel didn't congratulate me on my birthday. This is the first time I've seen this, a small thing, of course. But paying attention to hotel guests is part of the service. Further on the diet: the whole week is exactly the same. Hard-boiled eggs), I was lucky enough to see sausages once). The only advantage is the location. Convenient. There is a marina nearby, everything is within walking distance and at the same time in a quiet place. There was no noise. To work on the service and to work in general) there is no desire to satisfy the requests of the guests.
