Perfect hotel. Honest 3 stars. It is clean in the rooms, staff is polite.
Great minus of the hotel is missing of the potable water at all. At the check in it is the gift - 2 bottles with 0.5 l of water. And after it, water is available on breakfast / lunch / dinner only. No any cooler, dispenser or bottled water in lobby, on the floor or anywhere in the hotel.
Before I was always luffing about negative food reviews. But today it was “gala” dinner in favor of new year celebrations. It changed my mind…
Meet, fish, vegetables and fruits are nice, but the cooking is terrible! First time in my life shrimps were without any taste. The best dishes on the table were cabbage salad and cucumbers because cooks don’t cook it…

Nice city hotel.
Location: excellent. Nearby there are a large number of shops, an embankment, a butterfly museum, a market. Everything is within walking distance.
Hotel: large rooms, cleanliness in the rooms and in the hotel itself, professional staff, indoor pool, small gym with exercise equipment.
Food: yes, the breakfasts are meager, but there is always something to eat. The lunches and dinners are good. Fish, chicken, beef, vegetables, watermelon are always available. Everything is fresh and delicious.
Bonuses:
- they take you to two different beaches, you can choose the one you like;
- they take you to Dubai three times a week;
- in case of availability, the room is extended free of charge until 14 o'clock.
I definitely recommend this hotel!
And I thank all the staff for our wonderful vacation.🫶🏻

I liked it as a whole. We visited in February 2025.
The food is great! Delicious, quite diverse.
The rooms are large, old, but clean. There is a kettle and dishes in the room. There is an iron on the floor. Russian sockets are suitable.
The staff is friendly and helpful. They know a little Russian at the reception. The rest are available through the app on your phone.
The beach is 10 minutes by hotel transfer, from 7h to 13h. Radisson Beach is well equipped. The second beach is urban. To choose from. It's great that they take you 3 times a week to Dubai and back, but to the subway. This is also a plus!
The location of the hotel is in the city, on the road.
It will be noisy from the road, even at night. In the morning you will wake up to the prayer of the mullah, at 5.30, the mosque is around the corner! This is a downside!.
There are shops, an exchange office, pharmacies, a park embankment, cafes, and a travel agency near the hotel.
Overall for 3* good!. You can safely advise for a budget choice!

This is a very good hotel, decent, clean, pleasant staff, smells delicious, the rooms are large and clean, the furniture is not old, the bathroom is renovated in modern tiles, it's nice to be there. There wasn't much choice in terms of food, but there was plenty of everything, fish, chicken, beef, macaroni, rice, watermelon, melons, lots of greens, vegetables, and delicious food. Cleaning was done every day, thanks a lot to the hotel, they take a bus to the beach, there are two beaches to choose from, with free sun beds and paid sun beds. Towels are provided for the beach. A very decent organization, there is no chaos, everyone is attentive and always on the spot for any questions.
The bus takes you to the subway to go to the Dubai Mall and beyond. For a budget holiday, I would say a very excellent hotel, exceeded expectations.

The hotel is super👍🔥 you can safely put 4*, I was in October 2024 with my friends, we were satisfied with everything, friendly staff, registration took less than 15 minutes,clean, cozy, large rooms, they responded to all wishes quickly and without arguments. The food separately deserves 5*, everything is decent, satisfying, varied, fish and sweets are very tasty🔥👍The girls and I were satisfied, the staff was impressed, everyone was attentive and responsive. Of the minuses, of course, the indoor pool and the departure of guests on time to the beach before 9:00 in the morning and picked up at 13:00, there is little time in the sun, half the day you have to think about what to do or go to another beach yourself.

Go even further - a cafe, chicken in lavash for 2 dirhams, everything is edible, fresh. Then there are supermarkets, pharmacies, and the goods are not bad either. To the left of the hotel, go to the traffic light, go to the other side, the currency exchange, even with a copy of your passport. There is only a transfer or taxi to the beach, not cheap, 20-30 dirhams. Happy Birthday - a cake and a gift

Since the hotel is located in the city, a shuttle service was provided to the beach. It takes 7-10 minutes to get to the beach. There are markets and shopping centers near the hotel, which is very convenient. There is a place to walk in the evening. This was our first time in AEO, we liked everything, and we would return to this hotel again!

Great hotel! 3 stars - deservedly so! We are currently relaxing here - there is everything for a comfortable stay. We have included breakfasts and dinners - that's enough, I think. The buffet is not varied, but you can always eat enough. The staff is friendly, they answer all questions, they know Russian at the reception.
The location is very convenient, within walking distance of shops, exchange offices, the embankment, parks.
The beach is far from the hotel, but there is a shuttle service, it was not a problem for us.
The room is clean, large and very comfortable. There is a kitchen where you can make tea. Unfortunately, there are no pots and cutlery, but you can brew doshik and make sandwiches.
The room has 2 air conditioners, the windows are dense, they do not let much noise through (although there are only roads nearby), the bed is large, they are cleaned every day, there is a safe. The furniture is old, but everything that should work is working, there are no broken hinges, all handles and sockets are working. We are very satisfied, thanks to the hotel staff!

The hotel has left the warmest memories. We had a rest in February-March 2025. The location is ideal for walking. The embankment, the market, the fountain, the sights nearby. Meals were taken for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything is delicious, not spicy, the choice is good. The fruit is often watermelon, but we liked that. Melons, oranges, fruit salad of peaches, strawberries, apples, pears, and dragon's eye were also served periodically. A bus takes you to the beach in the morning from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Back at 11.30-13.00. A great hotel for your money.

Service: the staff is trying, we arrived at 9 a.m., were greeted with juice, checked in immediately without any problems, although according to the check-in schedule from 14:00, as well as during the check-out, we were allowed to rent the room later, the interior of the hotel and rooms is not bad, the rooms are obviously not new, but a small renovation was carried out, we were 3 adults, we were given a room with 3 separate beds at our request, the room was cleaned every day, I don't know if the floors were washed, but the towels were changed, the beds were made, even the dishes were washed a couple of times when we left, the ironing board and iron on the floor in the common corridor

I liked the hotel, we took 2 meals a day, everything was delicious, there was always a choice. The rooms here are not ordinary - they consist of two rooms, such as a bedroom and a living room, there is an interior door. A cot for a child was placed in the living room. There is another room with a kitchen and a refrigerator, with an ironing board. The furniture, of course, is all old, there is no design, but we were ready for this. We cleaned up very well every day.
There is a Mumtaz supermarket next to the hotel - groceries on the ground floor, everything else on the second floor. Near the hotel there are supermarkets Lulu, Nesto, Day to day, a lagoon with a promenade, a fish market.

Very good hotel for three stars, spacious room of three rooms, bathroom, two air conditioners.
Friendly and courteous staff, speak a little Russian, there is no perfect cleanliness in the room, but linen change and room cleaning every day.
The food is not bad for three stars, the menu is varied, I especially liked the fish!
The hotel is not a beach hotel, but a city one, but there is a free shuttle service to the beach in the morning.
There are many super markets and shopping centers within walking distance, a profitable exchanger in the shopping center "Lu-Lu".
There is a mosque nearby and singing is heard three times a day every day, but it did not bother us.
When leaving the hotel to the right, just 50 meters away there is a travel agency where you can buy excursions cheaper than from a hotel guide.
In general, I recommend the hotel, we liked it!

I'll start with the advantages: The restaurant! Special thanks, we took breakfast + dinner, we didn't regret it. Excellent food for 3*, there were no frills, but everything was edible, satisfying, delicious. The location is excellent: cafes, supermarkets, bus stop, nearby bus station, embankment, parks.
Cons: the room itself is large, but there is a bathroom for 3, there is no balcony, and there is no sound insulation.
Bottom line: if you spend half your vacation in a hotel, then this one is probably not for you. If you woke up, had breakfast, left, came back in the evening and went to bed, then this is definitely your option :)

We had a rest from February 15th to 14th. I liked everything. The food is varied. There is chicken, fish and seafood. Lunches can be exchanged for dinner. They take you to the beach in Redison, but the hotel is under renovation, the pools are empty, and the view is not very good. They also take you to the city beach, that's where the beauty is. Sun beds and umbrellas are paid, we laid towels from the hotel. They also take you to Deira 3 times, and from there you can take the subway to anywhere in Dubai. The staff is friendly, they understand Russian. And in general, the hotel has become oriented towards Russians. 10 years ago we went there, there were many foreigners and few people understood Russian. The hotel is super! The staff is friendly.They serve juice and coffee at the entrance. They are always responsive and smiling. My husband had a doctor, they congratulated me touchingly). The room is neat, clean, everything you need is there. The furniture may not be fresh, but it doesn't matter at all.

There was always a table with local Arabic coffee in the lobby. The room is clean, the bed linen is nice, the mattress is comfortable. We cleaned every day, and we also changed all the towels. We had a room for 2 people. In fact, even as a small studio apartment: bedroom, living room and kitchen. There is shampoo, soap, shower gel. 2 air conditioners. We lived on the 4th floor, the Windows overlooked the courtyard to the mosque. At 6 a.m., prayer was heard from the mosque, lasting about 30 minutes. On the first day, of course, it was unexpected, but on the second day we didn't hear her, we got used to it. On the ground floor there is a small swimming pool and a gym. There were 2 restaurants where we had breakfast and dinner buffet style. Of course, the breakfasts are almost the same every day, but the dinners are good and varied: there are fish, seafood, chicken, beef, soups, salads, desserts. Watermelon was served from the fruit. There are free buses from the hotel to 2 beaches and back at certain hours, and the beach is about a 10-minute drive away. Beach towels are provided daily at the hotel. There is also a shuttle service to Dubai.
The hotel itself is not far from Sharjah airport. It takes about 20 minutes from the hotel to Dubai.
There are many shops, restaurants and cafes in the area. There is also a good embankment nearby, and the central market. The only problem is with pedestrian crossings.
I really liked the hotel. It looks like a nice four-star hotel!

Nice city hotel, in the center of Sharjah. Very friendly, courteous staff. It's clean, well-groomed, and there's plenty to go to. The rooms are really tired, but the beds and mattresses are good.

There are no questions about food, there is always lunch and dinner to choose from meat or fish, once there were even shrimp. Two side dishes, usually rice cooked in different ways and pasta as well. Instant coffee from a thermos, but you can drink it. Breakfasts are also acceptable, cereals, meat, potatoes, sausages, toast and everything like that. There are a lot of shops and restaurants near the hotel where you can buy snacks and water. Or to eat, everything is cheap. I recommend changing the currency in LuLu, not far from the hotel, there is the best exchange rate. It is better to take excursions to the right next door to the hotel in Pegasus, much cheaper. If you want to go a lot of places, it's better to go there right away, there may not be room left on convenient days. In general, the rest was wonderful, if you speak primitive English in a hundred words, you will not have any problems with communication. The hotel is ideal for the morning-beach, afternoon/evening-walking format.

A family with children aged 8 and 10 had a rest from 30.11 to 9.12.2024. A city hotel for unassuming tourists, near hypermarkets Lulu, nesto, fish market. They take you to the beach for free from 8 to 9 at the radisson Blu hotel (there is a bay there), it is too deep, there are no free sun beds and al Khan beach (ideal, but there are waves and it is closed, paid sun beds). We took the tent with us, and left it there at the hotel. At this time, the waves are strong and there is a breeze, but we swam all day.
Everyone at the hotel is good-natured, attentive, if you know English there are no problems at all, well, they will intuitively understand you in Russian. We took HB meals, breakfast was a little meager, but we were not hungry, we were ready that food was expensive here and this was not Turkey. For breakfast there are always vegetables, omelets, pastries, sausages, yogoput, cereals, tea, non-grain coffee, juice according to the type of yupi. Lunch/dinner is straight good fish, meat, spaghetti, rice, vegetables, watermelon always and pastries, drinks are also included. It happens that without drinks, everything is normal here. The waiters guys are constantly cleaning the plates, well done.
The room is washed every day, bathroom accessories shampoo, shower gel, soap are all given, we bought only toothbrushes and paste, washing powder. The room is cleaned cleanly, the bed was changed for 1p in 9 days, mv without complaints.
Why 4? The room is large, but without a balcony and a normal window, like a hole, dark. We came to sleep and lie down from the beach, and it was hard to be in it.
You can eat in the evening in the cafe from the hotel to the right, you order it is brought directly to the hotel in 20 minutes. Derham 70 came out on the 4th. In general, fruits, drinks, meat, fish are all very expensive there.

We had a rest in January, were very warmly welcomed at the hotel, the staff is friendly and kind. The rooms as mini-apartments are large and spacious. We were comfortable and free in the room.
The hotel itself is located far from the metro, but it is close to the embankment and shops.
There was a small swimming pool and a gym, and we were well fed (we only took breakfast).
We were very pleased with the free shuttle service to the closed beach.

We had a rest at the Nova Park Hotel in November 2024. Excellent location of the hotel, close to shops, Nesto, markets (Steam trains, fish, vegetable), beautiful promenade, walking distance to Mega mall, Sharjah city center.
Very helpful staff, quite tasty and varied food, there are always watermelons, melons, honey, jams, awesome puddings.
We lived on the 7th floor, there was a problem with hot water.

The food is delicious and varied. Chicken, fish every day. Meat (beef)also almost every day (5 out of 7 days). Only the cooking options change.
The rooms are cleaned every day.
The only thing we didn't have a balcony, the hotel doesn't seem to have balconies at all, but it didn't upset us at all, because the rest is just "+".
We were allowed to move out a little later without additional payment, we always solved any issue without problems.
The beach is not far away, each beach is good in its own way. The delivery did not bother. We even tried to walk to the Radisson beach ourselves (there are sun beds and umbrellas for free)(photo). The time turned out to be 45-50 minutes) along the embankment.

The hotel is located in the center of Sharjah, near many supermarkets, fast food cafes, a 25-minute walk to the embankment. The staff is helpful, they speak a little Russian, they do their best, they help. We took only breakfast, they are monotonous, but edible, you will not be hungry. There is a transfer to two beaches and to Dubai (3 times a week). The room consisted of three rooms - a bedroom, a living room with a TV and a kitchen (without a cooking area). The room is large in size, apparently cosmetic repairs were made several years ago, but very clumsy, cabinets and doors are painted with ordinary paint, the bed is comfortable, the plumbing is new. If you do not count on delicacies in the food and do not expect luxury in the room, you can choose this hotel.

I didn't have to choke on egg dishes and sausages all the time. Of course, there were also such dishes sometimes🤪 . I was gorging myself. There are many shops and interesting places to visit around the hotel. The hotel provides a shuttle service to two beaches, as well as a shuttle service to Dubai on certain days, back and forth, to and from the metro. I definitely recommend the hotel! If you still can't decide to fly to the UAE, but really want to, you can start in Sharjah with Nova Park.

A very decent budget 3*!
Pros: transfer to two different beaches, staff who quickly solve issues, a hearty varied breakfast, give towels to the beaches, separate rooms, good Internet, shops and cafes around.
Cons: sound insulation (street noises are clearly audible), old air conditioning, slightly shabby furniture.

They take you to 2 beaches from 7 to 8 on the city beach - with sea stars and waves)) and to the beach from the Radisson hotel with sun beds, without waves from 8 to 9. And back from 11 to 13. We went to a meeting and were allowed to extend the room for free until 14-00. But there is one drawback- these are breakfasts, well, very, very weak, I'm not picky, but here I just ate one potato for breakfast. My daughter loves scrambled eggs - she eats at home every day, she didn't start here - it's not tasty from the word at all, tasteless. There is no fruit, one kind of cheese is not delicious, Ala fetaxa once every three days, only it can be eaten. Lunches and dinners were not taken. AND ATTENTION - YOU CAN NOT POUR WATER WITH YOU AT BREAKFAST!!! That's what killed me. The hotel is clean and the rooms are large, but the conder goes out without light in the room after 5 minutes.Will I come back here again, probably yes, because we come not to sit in the room and eat, but to walk and sunbathe, the hotel fully meets these criteria.

My friend and I were satisfied with the hotel!! We took breakfast + dinner. Dinners can be changed to lunch if necessary. The food is decent. You definitely won't be hungry. We arrived at 7 a.m., we were offered a welcome drink at check-in, the Wi-Fi catches well. We were checked in 20 minutes after arrival, which made us very happy. The hotel staff is well done, they work well, caring, friendly. The bed in the room is cool, incredibly soft)) In the afternoon, local kahfa coffee is served in the lobby. The beach towels are good, not worn. Transfer to two beaches: both beaches are normal. It's up to anyone to like it. Transfer to Dubai will be taken there and brought back.

I am pleased with the choice of the hotel. After talking with the hotel guests, I realized that this hotel is chosen for its location, affordable prices and good service.
If you were in the top three of Dubai, then this is certainly not the case here, the hotel is old, but clean. The staff tries their best to do everything that is enviable of them. The hotel has mostly Russian-speaking tourists, so the staff speaks a little Russian.
What you liked :
There are many buses from the hotel every 10-15 minutes to the beach in the interval 7-9 and from the beach 12-13. They take you to two beaches - urban (everything is for a fee and there may be waves, plus wind, swimming is prohibited) and to the radisson hotel (the hotel itself is closed) but the territory is cleaned, the toilet is clean and with all accessories, a shower on the beach, sun beds and umbrellas are free. In general, we went here all the days, we did not swim at the city beach once, because there were waves and a ban on swimming.

You pay 105 dirhams for a child and ride the whole park as much as you want, but there are height restrictions and somewhere you need to be accompanied, that is, you also have to pay a full ticket for an adult. If there are two children and one older, then you can have them together, then an adult is 57 and a steam train through the park and a Ferris wheel are available. By the way, if you take one passport with you, then you will get a 20% discount from the full ticket, that is, not 105, but 84. A nice bonus)
In general, according to the reviews of the neighbors at the hotel, those who were in the top three of Dubai, of course, checked out, those who were in the top three of lo lo on the shore, are coming here for a move. You can't walk anywhere from the shore, just take a taxi.

For its stars, the hotel is just a bomb. Check-in earlier, the room is huge, located in the center, everything is at hand. There is a shuttle service to the beach, everything is on schedule. As a sweet tooth, I didn't have enough cake and other goodies for food. In general, the food is not bad. I would like to say a special thank you to the manager (a man with a mustache at the reception). He is really the business card of the hotel, as he solves any problem! He has a separate respect and thanks for the individual transfer to the sea and for the eviction after 12. I will be happy to come back again!

Wi-Fi is flying, there is a swimming pool with warm water, a gym. We took only breakfast, breakfast is normal, without frills, but we were not hungry, because I am a coffee lover, for me it is not delicious coffee (instant and tasteless), we bought cappuccino (grain) from them at the reception or went to a coffee shop. The transfer was to two beaches, public and private. The buses were circling, we didn't have to wait, we were given a towel. I didn't like the public beach, we went to a private one. There are umbrellas, rods, toilet, shower, changing room. The coastline is very small, you can't walk around, but the water is very clean, without waves.Every day a stingray, a cuttlefish, a lot of fish, crabs sailed. We always walked from the beach (about an hour), along the embankment. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, a bus went to Dubai (Deira district) dropped off near the shopping center, we took our bus to the shopping center and from there took the subway to the center of Dubai, to walk. And back at 21.00 on our bus to the hotel, if we realized that we were not in time, we drove to the bus station (Unium metro), on a double-decker bus (number 303) to the hotel.
