I was at Olga's master for painting in blonde. I am very grateful that she agreed to share the painting in two days. I have a small child and it is not possible to sit for 6-8 hours. As a result, the first stage of the work was done in one day in 4 hours and then the work was completed on another day and everything turned out very super. Both light and not yellow and not gray and natural darkening of the hair roots. Despite the fact that it turned out to be a "broken phone" between the administrator and the master, in the end Olga still did as I want. I listened very carefully and really tried to make everything work out. I finally left the barbershop satisfied with the result.

!!!!!!LOOKING AT THE WORKS IN THE INSTA PROFILE OF THIS SALON, KNOW THAT THEY ARE ALL PHOTOGRAPHED UNDER LAMPS, WHICH DISTORTS THE REAL COLOR OF THE WALLS, in the salon it seems that everything seems to be fine, but coming home, looking in your mirror, with ordinary lamps or in daylight you will be very disappointed.
I found this institution in the vastness of intagram, the advertising is excellent) they still come across with a beautiful layout in Istria and the tape, I also fell for beautiful works in the profile, immediately signed up for the procedure.
The source at that time I had a total blonde, with overgrown roots, I will attach a request and a reference, to say that they did not do what I asked - do not say anything. Tears and disappointment. I asked for highlights with white strands near the face, WITHOUT GRAY, NECESSARILY, I focused the attention of the master on this as much as possible - I got gray hair, dark strands, mixed with gray ones👍🏻 After seeing the result of the master's brainchild, I wondered if the gray would go away, you never know, the tinting would still work, the master convinced me that after 3-4 washes everything would be as on my reference. Of course, this did not happen and I turned to the girl menager, to which I was offered to wash my hair in the salon, they say it happens, it just needs to be washed well, the next day I came and spent about 1-1.5 in the salon "just washing my hair", it is understood that the master washed it off not just with shampoo, but with a remover, parallel consulting with another craftswoman, how to remove it ...)))) This gray horror was more or less removed, but the result is not even close to my reference. 4 months have passed since visiting the salon, yesterday I applied to another salon, the quality of my hair after the initial total blonde and the "creation" of master Ilona is bad and I can no longer do what I want, I have to grow my hair and wait for the best quality for a new coloring. I do not recommend this salon as much as possible, sitting in an armchair during the procedure, I realized that these are just rented seats, where random untested craftsmen come, who do not guarantee you any worthwhile result.
I have more of a claim not to the master, it is clear that the specialist has weak qualifications, but more of a preference for the salon, which does not choose masters, checking their skills and level, but simply rents out the workplace, as it seemed to me.

I wanted to make a total blonde. The manager said it would work. On the day of coloring, I learn the opposite from the master.
As a result, they made an air touch. More time and money were spent than stated, although a specific price is indicated in the advertisement. In addition, they did not give the promised maintenance of the spillways.
I wrote all the complaints to the manager. They promised to call me back. They didn't call back.
One star for the excellent service and a sense of chagrin.
I do not recommend it.
