Заверение договора по установленному законом тарифу стоит в 15 раз меньше, чем берет данный нотариус. У нотариусов появилось право устанавливать тарифы самолично? Хотелось бы увидеть нормативно правовой акт на основании которого нотариус устанавливает тариф по собственному желанию. Совершая такие нарушения нотариус должен понимать, что у граждан есть право на обращение в нотариальную палату с указанием нарушения нотариусом закона.
