Когда идёшь к нотариусу то рассчитываешь на справедливость и адекватное отношение. Нотариус Плотников С.А. самовольно исключает из наследства не предоставляя никакого внятного ответа по какой причине он так делает. Отказывает в письменном обоснование данного своего решения, прекрасно понимая что человек участвовавший в наследстве находится в другом городе. Плотников С.А. нарушает закон тем самым показывая либо свою безграмотность либо преследует свои личные интересы.
