In 20 minutes they say it will be ready soon in 10-15 minutes. It takes 1.5 hours, you ask - is it ready? They say no, another 5 minutes. You start to get indignant - they tell you that they generally work by appointment and that you were accepted is an honor. Nonsense, a mess.
