Excellent apartments!
There is a lot of space, it is conveniently organized. There is a mini dressing room. The bed (mattress) is comical, the bed linen is new. I would especially like to mention the hand and shower gel: they are very high-quality with scents that I would buy at home. There is ample parking in front of the entrance (courtyard, and parking in the city is stressful). Convenient access to the center and to the observation deck on Mount Ararat.
The active and interested participation of the owners is felt in the organization of the reception of guests, the design of the space, the filling of the apartment hotel, and the comfort created. A very pleasant surprise was the addition from the hotel on the day of arrival - a piece of homemade delicious charlotte served on a warmed plate!, with a scoop of ice cream in a creamer.
We will definitely choose this apartment hotel for our next visit to Yerevan.

I liked the hotel! Polite, pleasant staff, clean, very spacious room with a nice interior. There is everything you need. It is worth noting the cleanliness of the linen and towels and the availability of a foot towel. We will be glad to stop again.
As a wish, hang a curtain on the second window opposite the bathroom) and place a guest folder in the room with useful information.

Very comfortable apartment, stylish and concise, still brand new. And the staff was responsive, and the locations where to go in the city were suggested, and things were allowed to leave until the evening, as there was an early departure. The room had all the amenities: a kitchen, a sofa, a TV, excellent wi-fi, everything was thought out to the smallest detail, even the ear sticks in the bathroom. I wish this place prosperity.
They are located in the upper part of the city, and we walked down and up the stairs on foot. When you go down to the city center, you can enjoy incredibly beautiful views of Ararat.

A great hotel for a family stay. The hotel has been operating for only half a year, so the rooms are brand new. The mattresses are comfortable. Everything is there for cooking. There is free parking. There are shops and a bus stop nearby. There are 3 bus stops to the center. We stayed for 9 days as a threesome with a child. We liked everything. Manager Eric is a very responsive and pleasant young man. Helps to solve any issues.

A wonderful hotel, new, clean, cozy, with large rooms. Not far from the center, 7 minutes by taxi. Nearby (within walking distance) there is a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, bank.

A wonderful place, if you are looking for a place to stay in Yerevan, it will do. You can get to the center in 30 minutes on foot or 15 minutes by taxi. The staff and the host are very friendly and hospitable, always ready to help and advise on any issues! I recommend it!

We stayed at the Norekats apartments and were very satisfied. Clean, cozy, everything you need is at hand. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds — we slept well. The staff is friendly, always helped with any questions. If you are looking for a peaceful place to relax in Yerevan, then Norekats is an excellent choice!

Great hotel. Very helpful staff. There is a laundry service, breakfast in the morning in the room. Everything is new and clean. It's a 20-minute walk from the mountain to the center, which is just the thing for a walk.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Responsive employees are ready to meet you halfway on various issues, ready to help, suggest something. We are staying at this hotel chain for the second time. I really like it. The price corresponds to the quality. The room is stylish and pleasant. There is everything you need. The center is a 15-minute walk from the hill. Back by taxi for 600 drams (generally pennies). We will definitely come again.

A great hotel with friendly staff who are always happy to help and go to a meeting. Quiet courtyard, perfect cleanliness, everything is new and stylish. Getting to the center by taxi is not as long as it seemed (10 minutes by car). I liked everything! If we are still in Yerevan, we will choose this option. Thank you for your hospitality!

The interior is beautiful, but that's the end of the advantages for me.
We came here in October 2024, we waited about an hour for check-in, because the maid did not have time to clean the room. We rented these apartments because they have a kitchen and you can cook something.
In fact, it is very difficult to cook something in these rooms, because there are simply no necessary things for this. Dishes: mugs, plates, cutlery, frying pan and saucepan. There are no bowls at all, I went for salt and seasonings – they are not there either, although this base, in my opinion.
There was also no iron in the room, to use it, you need to go to the first floor. By the way, the hotel has four floors and there is no elevator. The HDMI connector was not found in the TV.
It was cold in the room, there were tiles everywhere on the floor, and my feet were freezing.

I specifically wrote that I would be with three children. A double bed and a single bed were shot. There are very few dishes, no tea or coffee at all. Water 2 bottles of 0.5 liters each.
