They put a priority sticker on my luggage, and on the plane I got a seat in the back and in the middle row. The flight attendant could not answer my questions, citing the language barrier, she said that after takeoff, a Russian-speaking flight attendant would approach me and try to resolve this issue. And then , they passed by me, pretending to be busy . Why then sell seats if the seating was done in turn, with whom I stood at the reception ?!?!
On 02/17/2025, I booked tickets for departure from Orenburg to Mineralnye Vody. I went to the support section and started going through the exchange points, but the site again showed no tickets for the right day, and no one was going to fix the technical glitch. I called the operator again, she replied to wait for an answer and disappeared. So I was left without a ticket and lost money on the exchange, and it is not known how much the ticket will cost tomorrow, we all know how prices rise just before departure. And the carrier does not give an answer and is not responsible for its technical failures. Maybe accidents are not accidental, but beneficial.
