I went to get coffee, asked for 200 grams of the most expensive beans. The employee is a young guy without a uniform, took a new coffee bag, climbed into it with his dirty hands, poked around there and poured grains into the bag. I made a remark to him and asked for a new bag and new grains, apparently too politely. The young man refused me and continued his work as if nothing had happened. The manager was not there, and in other things, I am not surprised, after visiting their store there is often a desire never to go there again.
It's a good shop, the staff is polite and understands Russian.

What kind of idiotic rule is it to skip past the queue of people buying cigarettes? Do they have special privileges? And so you don't have enough workers, huge queues, and still need to let these impudents through? The cashiers indulge them. It's just arrogance! We will go to shops where people are respected!
