My acquaintance with strength training began with the fact that I got to work out in Irina Andronova's group and on that day there was a training session at the stations. I was very inspired by the atmosphere at the class and the coach, and I decided to try myself in this direction. After six months of classes at the Non-stop fitness club, I can safely recommend the Silhouette direction as an alternative to the gym, where training takes place in a pleasant atmosphere under the attentive attention of our wonderful coach Irina Andronova. Every fitness activity is varied and productive. Irina treats each client carefully and distributes the loads in accordance with the preparation, monitors the correct technique of performing exercises.

A good fitness club, but there are nuances. Sometimes the hall is filled, you take off your jacket from the entrance of a crowd of people, the dirty floor where you need to go in socks, you don't like it terribly.Pros you can work off a missed lesson, but the hall is too small for such an accumulation of people.
