We had a rest from March 31 to April 5. It's a lovely hotel. The location is 10 out of 10. We did not book in advance, we were checked in upon arrival. The room is small, but very cozy. A large bed, a clean bed, a safe, shampoos, gels, hair conditioner, hair dryer - everything you needed was in the room. Cleaning every day. There is a pleasant aroma in the room.
The view from the terrace is excellent) the breakfasts are very hearty and delicious, omelets and eggs every day, but we always tried to diversify with snacks. We didn't get tired of it for 5 days, on the contrary, we waited for the morning to enjoy a Turkish breakfast. The T1 tram stop is a one-minute walk away, very convenient. We recommend the hotel, but without high expectations.
P.S. For street food you need to go to Karakey.
A wonderful place with wonderful memories!!!! We were in the middle of June, lived for 4 days!!! The hotel is located in the very heart of Istanbul! You can't think of a better location! Everything is nearby, the port is a 15-minute walk away. The rooms are small, but there is everything you need. The staff is wonderful! Special thanks to the administrator Oscar! I helped with the excursions, I brought everything we requested in 5 minutes! And there's an incredible outdoor terrace on the top floor! It opens up a view that no words can convey in the morning.Breakfast is taking place there! So if I come to Istanbul, I will choose this hotel again.
My review will be for the Nomade old Sity Hotel in Istanbul. There are not many reviews on the Internet for this hotel, but I really liked the location of this hotel in Sultanahmet district. I want to point out right away that if you like a relaxing holiday, then you need to choose another area. Because there are many cafes in Sultanahmet and sometimes music plays until two in the morning. The area itself is very crowded. I like. The hotel itself is very close to the tram stop. I arrived late in the evening and was very worried that there would be no seats, as I had not booked in advance. Fortunately, I came across a wonderful Utku administrator (I hope I understood this name correctly, not the last name). He took his time, made coffee, waited while I decided how many days I would check in. Then I calmly settled in, helped to lift the suitcase, that is, it was as if I had come to old acquaintances. The room itself is small, however, as in most of Turkey. The Wi-fi worked great. Everything matched and was as in the photo of the hotel. It was still cool when I arrived, but the batteries were warming up very well. I also turned on the air conditioner, sometimes it was hot and I ventilated. The room has a safe, refrigerator, kettle. The cleaner constantly replenishes 1 liter of water, coffee, tea, toilet paper, gels, shampoos, shower caps, a mini shoe sponge. I asked the cleaner to bring an iron, she brought it for the entire period of my stay. The cleaner cleans very well, if I sometimes told her not to clean, she asked what was needed. The staff is Turkish, but very customer-oriented. There were no problems in communication, I communicated either in English or through a translator. The breakfast at the hotel is good. You won't stay hungry for sure, the main thing is to come early. There is also a terrace with stunning views of Hagia Sophia. Upon eviction, the same receptionist helped to call a local taxi, at a very good price. I am grateful to all the hotel staff for their hospitality. I recommend you to visit
