Pros - Excellent gas station, good service, a large selection of related products, KFC in the same building, near a large car service + car wash, i.e. everything to be a great place, but I only gave 4 stars. I don't think you need to explain why.
Minus - a gas station located next to residential buildings is a direct violation of environmental and safety measures, all residents living in the neighborhood breathe gasoline vapors and in the event (God forbid) of an explosion from neighboring high-rise buildings, little will remain!
