A great place for relaxing, unity with nature and beautiful photos on Instagram)
There are many pleasant details that have been carefully thought out, but the service leaves much to be desired.
As soon as we moved into the house, we noticed on a blanket neatly folded on the bed, 2 large yellow spots of cat urine with a corresponding smell (The question is how appropriate it is to allow cats to be invited into the house and even more so to let them on the bed)
We immediately wrote to the manager, but they told us that the information had been passed on to the "local manager." That was the end of our conversation. The blanket was not replaced or even taken away - that is, absolutely nothing was done.
In general, customer orientation, as well as cleaning, leave much to be desired, considering that check-in is only at 15, and you need to check out before 12.
There seems to be enough time to put the house in proper shape, because it is quite unpleasant to see cat urine stains, dirt in the storage compartment in the space by the bed, curtains with stains and inscriptions on the windows from previous guests, which could not even be washed, but simply wiped from the inside.
As for the equipment of the house, it would be great to replace the dishes with larger plates, hang hooks in the bathroom, fix the door lock (I read the reviews specifically, other guests have been writing about this moment for quite some time) and drain buttons in the toilet.
The snow on the stumps, which acted as paths, had not been removed, and it was easy to climb up there)
In general, we enjoyed our stay, we would like to return again, but only when the management / owners understand a simple thing: it's not enough to do it beautifully, instagrammatically, etc., it still needs to be maintained in a normal state)
The place has great potential, everything is very thoughtful and healthy, but some things are tired and require care and attention, especially when you come a long way to spend time at Nomad House.

We just arrived from the village. I'm thrilled. Clean, stylish, beautiful: Like on Pinterest
The house is very clean and warm. The road is good, the Internet, the location is very good. It seems to be in the forest and on the riverbank, but Braslav is only 3 km away. And the presence of dachas nearby does not bother at all, since the houses are located on a hill and there is no feeling of crowding.
Check-in is contactless. Very convenient.

I recently spent a weekend in a charming Scandinavian house, and it was an incredible emotion! 🌲🏡
From the moment of arrival, the simplicity and elegance of the interior struck me: light wooden walls, large windows and a cozy atmosphere. Every detail has been thought out, creating a feeling of warmth and comfort.
It is impossible to describe the pleasure of silence surrounded by picturesque nature, and in the evening it is like in a fairy tale. Watching the starry sky was a special pleasure — it was incredibly beautiful! ✨
The cabin had everything you need for a comfortable stay: a fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue area and a chilzone. It is an ideal place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy nature.
I recommend staying at NOMAD HOUSES to anyone who is looking for harmony, comfort and privacy! And I'm already planning to come back again! ❤️🌌
