Good afternoon! We had a vacation in September 2024, we liked everything! The convenient location of the hotel, the sea is less than 5 minutes away, you immediately get to the embankment. Within walking distance of shops, cafes, pharmacies, market. The room is spacious, clean, has a balcony, air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer. The hotel has balconies on one side (to the courtyard) - the view from the balcony is not very good, on the other side there are French balconies and the view of the mountain and the street is beautiful. The parking lot is beautiful in the yard. A special "Thank you!" to the staff for accommodation, maintenance and cleaning.

We stayed at this hotel in June. Nice, new hotel. The rooms are spacious, the furniture is brand new, the room has everything you need - a hairdryer, towels, bathroom accessories, slippers, TV, kettle, refrigerator. The air conditioner works perfectly, the extractor hood in the bathroom, there is a balcony where you can listen to birds, excellent sound insulation - the neighbors could not hear the word at all. There are tables on the roof where you can sit in the evening, a kitchen and you can even roast a barbecue on the barbecue area. Pleasant and helpful staff - they will tell you everything, help with the Raptor and with advice. 5 minutes to the sea, 1 minute to the supermarket, 15 to the market, even a convenience store 5 minutes away is a great location. I definitely recommend it!

We stayed in hotels for 2 weeks in July, got there by accident and did not regret it at all. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all amenities. The room is cleaned daily, linen is changed every 4 days. Our room had a balcony where you can always sit. There is a parking lot under the hotel, which is always in the shade and hidden from the weather. There are tables on the roof, a barbecue area and a shared kitchen. Thanks to the plane tree, the roof is already in the shade during the day. The staff is friendly and helpful, they will always tell you. The location is excellent, everything is nearby, the sea is 7 minutes away, shops, pharmacies are within walking distance, the market is a 15-minute walk. The sea is clear, we were very satisfied. 🤗

The convenient location of the hotel is in the center of Novaya Gagra, 5 minutes from the beach, everything is nearby - a shopping center, a market, pharmacies, shops, cafes.
Nice spacious room with air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, hairdryer, kettle. Large balconies with furniture. The hotel is clean and cozy! A great idea with a barbecue, kitchen and a place to eat on the roof!
I especially liked the staff, they are responsive and friendly! Everyone will prompt and help and solve!
I recommend the hotel!

+Unobtrusive staff, Internet in the room without failures, no water and/or electricity shutdowns. We moved the armchair bed for the child to our side and the air conditioner did not blow on anyone, but as if around the corner, it's super! In the room there are towels, a mini table, a kettle and mugs, a small refrigerator, a wardrobe, a conditioner, a hairdryer, shower products, white towels and linen👍There was cleaning several times, on the 4th day there was a change of linen. The view from the balcony is not super picturesque, but it's nice to have a balcony)))If you look closely, you can see the sea there. There is a clothes dryer. There is a grid on the window. We walked to the sea through the Emerald, 3 minutes in general. Everything is nearby, everything in general: the embankment, cafes and shops, a dining room. Parking is really good, under the balconies of the hotel, as if below, cars are protected from the weather.There is a closed small kitchen with everything you need on the roof, we did not use it, we only heated food in the microwave, very convenient👍You can also sit there, we didn't sit. We didn't have enough rest, they extended it for 1.5 days, it was cool that our room was free. The sea is nearby, the beach is as usual:umbrellas,sun beds,you want on a blanket, water entertainments. The embankment starts right from the hotel, you can say. We were driving into the unknown, but well, I liked everything!

This is the perfect place to relax in the off-season! We definitely recommend it. It was in Gagra for the first time, from January 4 to January 7, 2024 - three girls.
The soul of the hotel is its owner Elena!
Book, answer questions, provide everything you need, call a taxi, save from winter mosquitoes, settle early - "kick out" late - everything is clear, fast, to the point and with pleasure.
Advantages of the hotel:
* location - market, sea, delicious Sunrest cafe, grocery store - the very center.
* room and amenities - let me remind you, it's not the season and there is no heating, underfloor heating, split system "blows" - the balcony can be slightly opened. There is a kettle in the room and a kitchen with dishes on the roof.
* slippers, iron on the floor.
* Cost - wins everything!
Cons: mosquitoes ..., but it is necessary to open the balcony less :)
We booked everything by phone, made an advance payment for a day and voila - walk along the sea on winter January evenings.

This year we had a rest at the Nitika Hotel. The room is modern and clean,
the garbage bag and towels were changed for us every day. There are no complaints about this. The last floor, where the kitchen and tables are located, disappointed us. There is a barbecue, there are dishes, but it is extremely unpleasant to spend an evening on such an ugly roof. There is concrete everywhere, leaves from the trees have not been removed. It's quite a cool space to make a full-fledged cafe there or at least somehow put the place in order. Also among the disadvantages are the rusty water from the taps and the view from the windows. For this price, you could find a guest house with a more pleasant place to relax and dine.

We had a rest in late July, early August 2023. The location is at 100500, there is a good store with everything you need, products are downstairs, chemicals are upstairs, prices are like in Moscow. The pharmacy is located in the same building. The beach is a five-minute walk away, there is a choice of beach: the central one is to the right or you can go to the left, quieter with fewer people. The sea is clear. Sun beds 200 rubles for the whole day. There is also a water park in five minutes. The market is ten minutes away. The room is great, spacious! A small refrigerator! A small closet! The mattresses are comfortable! A comfortable folding chair for a child! A great balcony for evening gatherings under the "Sukhomskoye"!

We rested in Nitike last summer, this year we plan to return in September) we liked everything, clean rooms, no frills, everything that should and should be there, it is convenient that there is a clothes dryer, and a kettle with a refrigerator right in the room. We walked to the sea for 5 minutes on foot. The beach is pebbles and sand mixed together. Deck chairs were rented for 500 rubles for 2 deck chairs and an umbrella. There is a Femeli cafe nearby - a decent one, there are plenty of cafes on the embankment. It is convenient that everything is close to the hotel, on foot. We went on an excursion from the hotel - we paid for everything at the reception. There is a gorgeous view on the roof in the evening, you can sit and drink wine. And you can use the barbecue 👍🏼 We liked it) We want to come again

The impression of this hotel leaves much to be desired. Our room was on the 2nd floor. There is no balcony. The water in the faucet is dirty yellow. Angry, sidelong glances and rude communication of a cleaner with dark hair in the morning.
The location is great. The sea, shops, restaurants are all close.
But there was no feeling that you were at the sea ( the hotel is not a view

We had a rest with my wife at the hotel in mid-late June 2023.
With regard to the hotel itself, I can outline its undoubted advantages:
1. The convenient location of the hotel is located 5 minutes from the sea, the main entertainment venues, shops, Gagrin market;
2. An incredible place on the roof for breakfast and "dates" with fantastic views of the mountains and the sea (sunsets look fantastic);
3. Friendly, friendly and helpful staff (Lena, Guzel, hi!!!);
4. Comfortable rooms with everything necessary for living: a comfortable bed (we had a double bed), air conditioning, a minimum set of kitchen utensils.
We were in Abkhazia for the first time, and as a result of the trip we had a desire to visit it again, and of course this is due to the Nitika hotel.

A month ago, my husband and I booked a room with a 2-bed bed, they gave me this, joking, they allegedly thought that there would be a mother with a child. They are cleaned every 3 days, even after being asked to clean, the room is still dirty. We got into a time when there were prolonged rains, as a result, we lived without light and water for 3 days. We were offered only 1 five-liter of water from the pump at all times. I had to beg for candles. During the time without light, they could not even sweep. You need to ask for toilet paper.
