Hello, owners of Nissan cars, be careful and beware of this service. Spare parts are not of high quality, and prices are high as for the original. After the maintenance, it turned out that the spare parts were not of high quality, the pads were replaced and the anthers were torn, the gearbox oil was replaced (automatic) the checkpoint is in oil and much more. When asked about troubleshooting, they immediately send a message saying that time has passed and that's it for now. Solve the problem yourself or you can contact us for full payment. So it's better to look for another service, but not in Vitebsk.
It really seemed like a beautiful service before. There were always spare parts, they were done clearly and efficiently. But I first came across it when, after refueling the air conditioner, it went out of order after half an hour. A compromise was offered, but my losses will still be. Of course, they did not admit guilt, allegedly a coincidence. I agreed, since they promise to take over the costs, except for repairs from a third-party company. But these are controversial points. I was annoyed by the attitude - after the breakdown I sat in the cabin for 30 minutes - as it turned out, no one did anything. They promised to call - until he called after 6 hours, no one reported anything, the phone was not picked up, they hung up. All the plans were thwarted. Anyway, apparently I was there last time, the degradation is obvious.
The service station is good, however, the prices... but it's not their fault. Everything is polite and correct. I would like to wish them prosperity in our difficult time.

Thanks to manager Artemy, it's not often that you meet such responsive and attentive people now. We applied on the occasion of repairs for insurance and for small things. A very competent specialist.
After passing the test, check the car on the spot, which unfortunately I did not do. At TO2, the spark plugs are replaced, after replacement (which I doubted) all four ignition coils were in a layer of dust and I had a question about how the candles were changed, and if they were changed, how much dust and sand were in the cylinders? Many thanks to the Nissan dealer in Vitebsk, and Renault and Lada are also served by the same hands there.
