If you want to ruin the evening, come here. Half of the menu items are on the foot.The service is zero. The company consists of 4 people. All the dishes were brought to three of them an hour later, to one - only a salad after one and a half (the salads were the same) and then after numerous reminders, they did not wait for the hot one.Veronica the waiter did not serve, was rude, mixed up the bills (what was not ordered was included).The terminal was brought 40 minutes later after numerous requests. They left in complete shock. There is no such thing in any institution in the city. If the management does not take action, it is unlikely that this institution will last long. I do not recommend it to anyone

We've been to this place before, everything was great last time. Therefore, on Valentine's Day, I decided to invite my husband to this restaurant, as he loves khachapuri in Ajarian very much. First, I'll tell you about the pros - it was warm on the veranda, delicious fried suluguni and it was brought quickly, the chicken in Chkmerul was not bad (although a little bland for my taste, but overall OK). Homemade wine with herbs seemed a little strange, maybe just unusual because of the herbs. But alas, I'm shooting two stars.
The first one is for "live music". I'm not against pleasant live music in an institution, but only if it's music to the place and the institution itself is equipped with musical accompaniment. As a result, I had to listen to songs with not very good cons from speakers that were clearly not intended for this, it was loud and unpleasant, even it was difficult to talk. The repertoire was also upsetting, songs about "in a frenzy at bars" are not what you want to hear on a romantic evening. Sting's cover, oh... it would be better if the maestro himself sang from a flash drive than such a live performance. No offense to the singing girl, she was clearly trying. But if I had known in advance that there would be such a musical accompaniment, I would have chosen another institution.
I'm shooting the second star for khachapuri, alas. I don't understand why it happened this time, probably because of the heavy workload of the kitchen, because last time everything was fine. Yesterday, they brought us khachapuri with barely grasped dough (and I want a ruddy crust on the sides) and almost raw protein. I called the waitress and asked her to finish baking some khachapuri so that the protein would grab. To which several girls from the staff gathered around our table and began to prove to me that it was necessary and tedious to dip pastries in this raw protein. It was extremely unpleasant. No, I can assume that in some recipes it is allowed to leave the protein raw (although I have now reread a bunch of recipes on the web, and 90% write that the protein should seize). But I have never seen anything like this in any institution. My husband and I used to love visiting Georgian restaurants in St. Petersburg and Crimea, and we never saw raw protein there, which we couldn't even dip properly, because it has such a slippery consistency. Everything was fine in the same place a couple of months ago. This time, apparently, they just didn't keep it, or now this is the recipe. My husband was hungry, and we did not argue with half the staff of the institution and spoil our evening, somehow pushed aside this protein and ate. About khinkali, I can only say that, as we have already written here, there is not enough meat. And it's a little sad that khinkali is served without sauce, the feeling that the institution has squeezed a couple of spoonfuls of sour cream.
I will add a review. I received positive feedback and apologies from the restaurant on the social network, I will return the star for this, good feedback is important. I am glad that many establishments have begun to understand this.

I've given this restaurant a few chances, but unfortunately, nothing changes. The service remains poor, and the cuisine is far from the declared Georgian.
Service
• The waitresses are more busy talking to each other than the guests. When you address them, it feels like you're in the way.
• They look untidy: dirty uniform, disheveled hair – it looks like it's a roadside cafe, not a restaurant.
• They don't know the menu: when asked what the ordered dish was with, the waitress answered simply "yes", without any explanation. I had to find the information myself.
Cuisine and assortment
• Half of the items on the menu are not available or they are simply not being prepared. You don't order what you want, but what you have.
• Khinkali is a complete disappointment: the dough is too thin, it boils and tears, there is not enough filling. Instead of dense, easy–to-eat khinkali, it looks like boiled dumplings with broth.
Conclusion
Disappointed. This restaurant is definitely not about Georgian cuisine or service. If you want real Georgian food, it's better to go to Minsk.
It is a pity that there are so few places in Vitebsk with good cuisine and decent service. It is also sad that high–quality service is a rarity and is already perceived as an exception, not the norm. I can't recommend this restaurant.

I really like this place. Always good service, everything is fast, fresh, delicious. I especially love khachapuri in Adjarian, it's something on puff pastry - for an amateur, delicious dishes from the grill menu. Khinkali is not very good for me. Morse has been missing lately. I love him very much, find an opportunity to return him to the menu.

We went there with friends to the gastrofest, not only did we book and pay for the table for a week, but also when we arrived (we were even a little late)We were told to wait because there are no tables.
After 1.15 hours , they began to bring us our set , and besides , it was also cold , and finally a hot dish , they brought us a completely burnt , black dish , it is impossible to eat .
They asked us to bring us a bottle of drink (considering that the waiters didn 't react to us at all , we had to get up and ask for it ourselves )they said they would bring it now, but after 15 minutes, we still got up and took it ourselves once more.
The service is 0, the taste is also 0, the customer orientation is also 0. although about the taste, the only thing that was delicious was Khachapuri

Advantages: lots of positive emotions, liked the staff and delicious cuisine.
Disadvantages: there were none.
We celebrated the corporate birthday of the company in the cafe "Nino". The banquet was ordered for 18 people, we doubted whether we would fit. But in vain, because they occupied half of the veranda. The food is very hearty, delicious and we even had a lot of everything (we didn't listen to the manager when we pre-ordered, it's better to order more later). Everyone was satisfied, everything was very pleasant, especially khachapuri, mushrooms in ketsi, chicken in Chmerulsky, kebab, Napoleon cake - it just melts in your mouth. Everything is very very tasty. We also danced to good music and the wonderful voice of singer Diana.
We had a very good rest and had a lot of fun visiting.
Thanks a lot to Cafe Nino! We will definitely come to you more than once.

Today we visited this institution for the last time, we waited for coffee for more than 15 minutes, with minimal filling of the hall.
The waiter doesn't know the menu. Ready meals are on the bar, and until they are picked up, the sleeves of all employees will visit it. In general, we do not recommend it at all.

I didn't like the place. I expected more. The staff is good, there are no questions. But the cuisine leaves much to be desired, if it is not khinkali or khachapuri. I ordered a branded salad, they brought just a BUNCH of thrown products on a plate, not chopped, but chopped in a hurry, they threw wilted parsley next to it, apparently this is an ornament. But she saved the impression. It looked terrible and disgusting!!!! Naturally, the desire to eat this dish and the appetite disappeared. It's the same with the other salad that we ordered at our table. I am very disappointed. I hope the management will pay attention to the kitchen, and to the presentation and serving of dishes.
