A good place for a family vacation. Quiet, calm, good breakfasts. The rooms are fresh, the linen is clean. The beach is across the street. There is a great cafe at the hotel. For the development of the owners, add room cleaning and laundry services. I recommend you to visit.

Very cozy, beautiful,quiet place, excellent location. The room has all the amenities, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, beautiful view outside, flowers, fountain with fish, gazebos, swing with pillows. The hotel has a restaurant, very tasty-at home. The rest turned out to be very wonderful at the hotel. The sea is a 1-minute walk away.

If you want to visit New Athos, stay at the Nikofa Hotel." A small cozy hotel. A well-maintained area where you can relax in a gazebo, sit on a swing in front of a fountain. You can eat in the hotel cafe, cook delicious. The rooms are quite comfortable. The sea is a hundred meters from the hotel. I wish you all a good rest.

Cozy interior. There are tables indoors and boys on the street. A friendly hostess.
The dishes of the national cuisine are very tasty.
A reasonable price, especially for New Athos. We ate together with our spouse, each has a main course, salad, plus a common snack, beer, compote. About 2000 rubles. 10% for the service, as everywhere in Abkhazia.
I highly recommend it.
We have been coming to Abkhazia in autumn for more than 10 years. And in each town they have already decided on permanent establishments for themselves. And it was only in New Athos that some nasty things came across all the time. Now we have decided on the New Athos.
It's a pity the place doesn't work in winter.
There is a small and very cozy hotel behind the cafe. There is a smell of freshness and clean linen on the territory.
In a separate column, I note that the cafe has a normal, clean toilet with a toilet bowl and a sink in the stall. Those who know Abkhazia will understand

The rooms are small. There is no kitchen for cooking or even reheating food. The food in the cafe is very average in taste and the price is standard for Athos. Attention! Don't settle for an Economy Room Option! We checked into it with the agreement that we would be settled in a standard one. But the hostess deceived))
As a result, we left literally a day later!
The number in the photo is 3000 rubles. The floor is icy. And part of the roof (ceiling), as it turned out, is generally made of polycarbonate and is translucent at night!!! Game!

We had a rest in June 2023, the cost of living is 3500 a day, the price is too high for June. The restaurant did not work, there was no kitchen, there was nowhere to cook and warm up, I had to go look for where to have breakfast and lunch. There is no washing machine, as for the room: the mattress on the bed is old, the springs dig into the back! Dogs bark and howl in the yard at night. Towels are changed at the request of vacationers, but be careful, they can put a towel that is not washed with stains or not washed at all.We were not lucky at all, construction is underway on the 3rd floor, hotel rooms are being built, the owners have no respect for vacationers, the workers started knocking from 7.30 in the morning!!!.One+ this is the sea across the street.

A colorful place with a nice interior. The food is not bad, but it clearly falls short of the restaurant level! Prices are higher than average Moscow restaurants!!!! A check for two for lunch without alcohol 4400₽ is clearly too much in my opinion!!!… What do you think??????

Very expensive for a room with a bed and a wardrobe! Day 5 thousand!
The coeditor has not been turned off for 7 days. The owner came, shrugged his shoulders. Here, all the repairs. Cleaning was carried out once a week. Next (behind the wall) of the room, another room was added. In short, repairs were underway. I do not recommend it! Only the location is convenient: beach, embankment, cafe.
Because of this, they were tolerated.

We had a rest in 2020 and 2021, came to have dinner and lunch. Very tasty dishes and a beautiful presentation. I really liked the signature Nikof salad, trout. Many thanks to the waiter Oksana and of course the cook, I forgot the name. Many thanks to the hostess of the hotel and cafe Manana. A very kind and considerate woman. The price is slightly higher than in other establishments, but it's worth it. In the evening, you can sit in the courtyard of the cafe, where there is a very romantic atmosphere with local flavor, a fountain and swings. We had a rest in 2012. I liked everything very much. The hostess of Manan is very hospitable. Everything is within walking distance: the sea is 20 m. , the New Athos Park is 100 m. This year we are going to come back to Nikofu for a vacation.

Good afternoon, we are having a rest with friends for the second time at the Nikofa hotel. I am absolutely delighted, from the warm welcome to the caring attitude. A very cozy and peaceful place to relax, comfortable rooms, on the first line overlooking the sea. A calm and homely atmosphere. There is a restaurant on site, but you can also eat in beautiful gazebos on your own. The whole area is full of flowers and greenery, cleanliness and creativity.
