As everywhere, there are pros and cons, but the main advantage is the location! Pyaterochka is nearby, the beach is very close, not far from the center, of course you need to take a walk, but why go on vacation then ... there is no talk about the market at all, it is just a stone's throw away! A wonderful place! We were met and taken from/to the airport. I rested there for a whole month, clean, cozy, sincere!)) the sea is 5 minutes away at a leisurely pace, everything you need is within walking distance, shops, cafes. etc.
A courtyard with a large gazebo and a summer kitchen, parking for cars at the hotel with gates, barbecue, tandoor, washing machine, wi-fi.
Pavel, the owner of this wonderful house advised where it is better to go, and where there is no point, helped to organize excursions, and rent a car, thanks a lot to him for this!)))
The place is a godsend! 🔥Next summer only for you, I hope there will be free places🙏

We had a rest with my wife from November 3 to November 11, 2023... Everything is fine!!! The room, the gazebo where you can cook and eat, the location of the guest house and the owners themselves Pavel and Ada are SUPER. Be sure, when we come to Gagra next time, we will visit this guest house "NIKA".....

I rested with Pavel and Ada from 05/23/23 to 06/24.23. Attentive and hospitable people. The location is great. You can call this place a Five-minute walk. You'll go straight to the sea in 5 minutes. You'll go to the dolphinarium to the left. Well, if the dining room and cafes and the market pull to the left, and in general there is a full movement. Well , if you turn to the mountains , you will come to the hydrotherapy . I want silence...please.

I had a rest in this wonderful guest house! I didn't even want to leave, the feeling of coziness and comfort did not leave for a minute, thanks to the owner Pavel, helped with excursions, immediately rented a car, told everything, showed, in a word solved any of our questions! An excellent budget mini-hotel. I have already stopped several times on short trips. Clean rooms with separate shower and bathroom. Air conditioning and heater, kettle, TV, Internet. Summer kitchen, washing machine, parking... Everything you need! The hosts are hospitable and attentive!
