I came to Yerevan for three days. From 15 to 18, 04, 2025 I chose the hotel based on excellent reviews and reasonable price. The solid three hotel. If you just spend the night, it may well be. Pastels, linen, towels are all clean. In the room, amenities include a hairdryer, TV, refrigerator, batteries under the window. You can iron things in the lobby. There are disadvantages. The third floor is very dusty because of the carpet. The room smells of mold and spoiled fruits. An open window saved him. But. At night, the noise of passing cars and barking dogs. The bathroom smells like sewage and the shower is dirty because of the old tiles. There is no air conditioner. The elevator is working intermittently. View from the window, industrial zone, where the hotel is located. It's a long way to the subway and not convenient. I advise you to order a taxi. With all that. The staff is very polite and friendly. The breakfasts are good, for the moody. Bread, butter, eggs, cheese, sausage, a choice of side dish, sausages, salad and fruits. It is a pity that there is no coffee machine. She is a very friendly cook, tries her best, and does wonders with very modest products. If you also remove the rag tablecloths from the tables, it will be much neater. I left at night, they allowed me to leave my things for the whole day, under the stairs. The room is nice, clean, with air conditioning. Breakfast is included, the choice of breakfast products is varied, we had a delicious and hearty meal, the staff was attentive, met us at two in the morning, immediately accommodated. One disadvantage is the location of this hotel. It seems to be located near the central road, but at two o'clock in the morning they barely found it with a taxi driver, some kind of industrial zone with wholesale shops, repair shops...

The rooms are spacious. Friendly hosts. Excellent breakfast buffet style. Cleaning every day, change of towels too.
Good location near the metro. Considering the traffic jams in Yerevan, it is important and convenient. It takes 10 minutes to get to the center at any time.
