The rooms require renovation, it is not comfortable to be in the bathroom. One of the elevators is not working well, it's scary to drive. Breakfast for 4-. The location is the biggest plus, the Vatican is 15 minutes away, all the sights are no more than 30-35 minutes on foot.

The hotel is in the center of Rome, everything is nearby: shopping street, Castel Sant'Angelo, Cathedral of St. Peter, etc.
