Excellent, modern apartments with everything you need. A cool balcony, with a good view, but not below the 6th floor. Infrastructure is developing around us. The beach across the road is pebbly, the entrance to the sea is not very convenient, but I think they will finish it. The sea is cleaner than in Batumi, but not perfect.
There is a private parking and a small swimming pool.
The price for the apartment bites.

Apartments, a hotel in which not only permanent residents live, some of the apartments are rented out. The building is pleasant externally and internally, especially the lobby and reception area. The apartments are one and two-room. There is a very good layout, there is so-so. The studios are cozy. The street is noisy, there are cars everywhere, construction. The backyard is cozy, but it is also filled with guests' cars. Also, it is impossible to relax on the patio area, because there is a smell from a flowing stream. Unfortunately, this water flows further into the sea. If you rent, the apartments have everything for a normal stay, guests are given bathrobes, slippers, cheap soap and shampoo. To clean and change - you need to contact the reception. One of the disadvantages is a flimsy mattress in the bedroom, there are not enough dishes in the kitchen. The overall impression is that the hotel is decent, but the service, as a 4-star hotel, does not pull.

A great hotel, I have been living for more than six months, you can rent your apartment to the hotel itself, a pleasant and beautiful reception, there is free parking, the hotel is always clean and smells delicious, beautiful view, 5 minutes to the sea, shops with cheap prices, unlike the center, I advise everyone, a wonderful hotel, everything is quiet, The neighbors don't bother!

The coolest LCD, high-quality rooms, very friendly and helpful reception. There is a swimming pool (which you can't find in Batumi). In a green, quiet and peaceful area, consider the resort at a minimum

Very good audibility. The lights are often turned off. Sometimes water. Nearby there is a cafe with live music until three in the morning. Everything else is fine

Clean, cozy, beautiful. A good set of dishes, towels, bathrobes. There were no problems with the staff. The pool is small, just for a couple of families.
