I bought a mixer in this store, I already had one, bought 6 years ago. When the courier delivered it, we checked the model number and did not print the box, because it could not have occurred to us that the product would differ from what is shown on the box and in the photo on the seller's website. After opening the box and finding the differences, I applied for a refund. No one called me back for over a week. They don't respond on Viber. The bot responds in the telegram. The bot redirected me to another Viber number.. in general, 9 days after applying for a refund, the manager called me back and said that complex household appliances were non-refundable, saying that the manufacturer had made changes to the model - he had not informed anyone, we could not influence this in any way. The refund was refused. Even though the mixer is brand new and has never been used, it doesn't matter. That is, if the manufacturer had not put some part in your box, they would also have explained this by making changes to the model and would have refused a refund. In my case, there were no silicone suction cups at the chopper flask. The conclusion is to print the box right in front of the courier and do not sign anything until you have examined every detail and the availability of all parts in general. And don't believe the images on the seller's website and on the manufacturer's box. I believe that the store could go to a meeting with the buyer and pick up a non-conforming product that was not in use, but this store's motto is to lure with a low price tag and not take it back under any circumstances. By the way, I haven't checked the mixer yet, I haven't even plugged it in.☝️ it would be funny if it turned out to be non-working... after reading other reviews about this store, I realized that even if it was defective and not working, there was no way to return it, alas and ah.
