There is no pool, indoor parking, etc. on the site. The parking space is not enough for residents. Also, many of the residents of the site are strange people, children and teenagers have no family manners, obviously this site is far behind civilization, for example; you say hello as soon as you look at your face, you don't park properly in the parking lot, you talk on the phone screaming at night, you shout repeatedly from the window at night to call your child home, you watch TV series of movies loudly until the morning on the balcony, etc. There are too many residents of the site who do not comply with the rules of public morality and etiquette. The proportion of households in a good and civilized family structure is perhaps 10%. Apart from that, all the staff are very good and reliable people.
