Terrible hotel. I forgot my card in the room. I apologized several times at the reception, asked to open the room. I was attacked from both sides that this absolutely cannot be done, and I am causing inconvenience to the hotel and that this is not the first time. It was very unpleasant, to the point of tears. Plus this smell of sewage in the toilet, and a TV that turns on at night at any time and wakes up the children. In general, the rest is spoiled by the choice of a hotel.

We are currently staying at this hotel. The main disadvantage is breakfast. There is no coffee, the stuff that is offered at breakfast, I can't name coffee, there is no basic butter, instead margarine. Soy sausages and sausage, over-salted cheese, unusable, you can only eat a boiled egg, breakfast is very important for us, the breakfast hotel was a priority choice. The room has no complaints, the linen is clean, a set of bath and soap accessories of poor quality. The location of the hotel is not bad, this is the only plus. There is a continuous construction site around. We will not recommend this hotel, we will not return again.

Excellent location next to the Alley of Heroes, close to the embankment and all necessary facilities. Clean, cozy, snow-white linen, everything you need in the room. Attentive and courteous staff. Two high-speed elevators. We lived on the 18th floor with an open balcony. You can see the sea, the stadium.

There is no air conditioning in the room, the built-in cooling system does not work. The wifi is not working, the curtains are torn. the room was clean, the mattress was comfortable, the room was large enough (long but narrow). Not the first coastal one, but the location is convenient.I definitely won't stop for the second time in 10,000.

It's a very strange hotel, it looks like it's new, but the bathtub is already broken. A flimsy shelf on the soul, on which nothing can be put. We woke up at night to a terrible stench from the bathroom. For some reason, it smelled like a public toilet. The air conditioner can be turned on/off only by calling the reception desk. The breakfasts are so-so, for three. The only meat is terrible sausages of one kind. The pastries are delicious and varied.

A new hotel. Clean, bright, everything you need to eat. Helpful and helpful staff.
On the third floor there is a restaurant and a swimming pool. The breakfasts are delicious, the food is varied.
Incredibly beautiful view from the panoramic windows!
The location is good, a couple of minutes to the sea. Shops, restaurants are also nearby.

A good hotel on the new boulevard, 7 minutes walk to the sea, of course it's a long walk to the old center, 40 minutes, so if someone doesn't like to walk with their feet, Yandex taxi to help)
We had 3 junior suites, it is very convenient that the bed is with a sofa, and the slats are divided into 2 zones.So the rooms are not completely new, but they try and keep an eye on them, of course, there were questions with the equipment, but the staff quickly fixed everything or changed it.
Breakfasts are a separate topic, they are not bad, a decent enough choice and delicious, but one thing is, vacationers do not close the lids, and no matter how much you come, the food is cold, unless of course you came to the very opening, but it's not the fault of the staff, but of the vacationers.
And so the hotel is good, the staff is all trying to please you and help you if you have any questions.
There is also a gym, not bad, but already in need of repair, open until 12, for hotel guests for free, which is a big bonus.There is also a small outdoor pool, but it is not heated, so we did not swim.

The hotel is outwardly beautiful, located 5 minutes from the waterfront. Upon check-in, I waited in the lobby for 2 hours until I was checked in-the impression was spoiled. There's a lot of long black hair in the room. The hair on the tile in the bathroom hung from the beginning to the end of my stay (5 nights). The toilet seat button was sunken. The breakfast is varied and delicious) there are smoking areas on each floor)

Great rooms that end at 04. Sea view, panoramic windows on two sides.
One disadvantage: there is no dryer and no balcony. The problem with drying clothes.
The breakfasts are excellent: there is a lot of everything, always hot, delicious.

Nice hotel. It is conveniently located. The Khinkali restaurant cooked for 45 minutes, which is categorically unacceptable in Georgia. I do not recommend a restaurant in this hotel.

The junior suite is shabby, the bathroom should have been updated long ago.
The air conditioner does not work well and is not controlled from the room itself (although there is a remote control)
Because of this, the room was very very stuffy. The breakfasts are terrible, it's better to go to a restaurant and eat normally and tasty for this money.
