The food is delicious. The prices are low. But! The dishes are not always clean, and the furniture (tables, chairs) are completely dirty, a wet cloth after wiping a small surface of the table turned almost black.
And, calling the cafe "Arbat" or "Novy Arbat", it would be nice to at least slightly decorate it so that the name was somehow played out. In this case, this is an ordinary Uzbek cuisine cafe, one of a thousand.
And one more important nuance. There is NO toilet in the cafe! They send everyone to the nearby PAID toilet. 2000 soums is not money, of course, but the very fact that there is no toilet in the cafe is a fiasco.
As a result of the pros / cons, the cons outweigh, this institution definitely does not have to visit it again.

Mastava is super. Pilaf to order is super. Beshbarmok is super. Other dishes are average, to be honest, if they are still there. They cook very tasty to order. You need to ask for two hours in advance. The kebabs are small. The beds are warm. You won't freeze in the evening and in winter. I recommend it to everyone. They are quite loyal to alcohol.
