Not a bad hotel. A little worn out. They only took breakfast, not bad. There is a small swimming pool, though it has never been used. The location is close to the center, you can go in any direction. A budget option. It is better to swim in the sea on koh lan island (several beaches are to everyone's liking and cleaner), on foot to the pier, and there by ferry (not expensive and regularly there and back), on tuk tuk island there are hotels for all beaches (but not very high level) so you can stay overnight.

The hotel is three-star but the cool staff is super recommended.

it is located 20 minutes walk from the port of Pattaya from where you can sail to Kolan island in the evening within walking distance of foot courts shopping centers the hotel itself is small and clean there is a swimming pool gym free water is cleaned every day
